I'll be honest, I preordered Elden Ring, having astronomically high expectations; expectations that were practically doomed to be disappointed. When I finally downloaded it and played for the first time, I was astounded. It literally blew my mind how beautifully they expanded upon the formula of the previous SoulsBorne games and married them to this massive open world without sacrificing any of the quality in level design and even expanding massively on the quality of the previously established combat system. Every single time I discovered another portion of the map, my mind was just blown again and again, realising just how insanely huge the world was and how much there was to see and discover. And hell, I missed areas such as the Subterranean Shunning Grounds or the entirety of the Hidden Path to the Haligtree and all the areas connected to the Consecrated Snowfield, such as Elfael or the Mogwyn Palace. So I would say to the angry gentleman that yes, Elden Ring is revolutionary. It's revolutionary because it seamlessly marries the exceptional combat and level design of the previous Souls titles, the creative and downright disturbing lore and atmosphere of Bloodborne, the freedom of approach and exploration of Sekiro and the newly developed open world aspect into one beautiful experience that doesn't make almost any compromises. His "fight an enemy and fight a boss" comment is basically what you do in most games to be honest. And his comment about the combat system being simplistic is just wrong. Sure, you might not be able to perform advanced combos, but you can combine so many different things in this game. Different weapons have different moves and ashes of war. 2 weapons of the same type gives you a new set of moves. The list goes on...

He is someone who got stuck in just the first area
17:52 it really just depends on how you approach the game, if you use the magic and mimics its definitely the easiest fromsoft game but if you just focus on pure skill id say its quite the opposite
We all have a b!tch fit over the Soulsborne games sometimes. Doesn't stop us playing them though 😁 (or is that just me?)
I have said some absolutely unforgivable stuff to bloodbornes face. Shamelessly parrot it as my favourite game of all time, then behind closed doors its a complicated and very abusive relationship 😅
Souls games are a love hate relationship raging is part of the experience
Well I see your point but I still stand by everything I said
what is this game in the background? looks amazing^^
It’s called Mortal Sin
Nice and awesome Video like always. But i have one question. Is he on a public Toilette making his anti Elden Ring video?
probably lol
@@sneakycactii love ur vids, whats the game ur playing?
Thanks! and the game is called mortal sin
@@lordofbredddI have mortal sin it’s by far amazing!
Yeah, he's letting the shit come out of both ends 💩
My dude didnt see a single radio tower he coiuld climb by mashing one button and really said " they aint using the open world"
Silhouette yells at camera
Bruh 😂
I could hear you eating the popcorn the whole time lol
And the fact ye said skyrim utilized its open world when Morrowind has a town of 4 npcs and only one talks and that little town has more life in it than skyrims entire open world......his argument is invalid
buttery popcorn slaps 🍿

I killed Tree Sentinel at level 23 my first playthrough, after a bit of the DLC, I beat it at level 9, the Confessor Class's default level, Square Off is an OP early AOW x3
This video are so much better than original.
Never seem someone so mad for sucking at a game
You know it's a good game if you have to buy a notebook to keep track of everything
Thats why hangman is so good I guess
What game is sneaky playing
Okay ... he's confusing FromSoftware fans with PlayStation fans.
Ohhh, someone's salty that they can't play Demon Souls and Bloodborne lol 😂
@@MrQuadro83
Those 2 being one of the few enjoyable ps games
Nah I’m just playing but I’m really not a fan of the shit they’re releasing rn. Horizon, TLOU2, Spidemran 2, and the new GoW games (I just think they play like an extremely watered down dark souls while the old one had FAR better gameplay).
@@jesuspernia8031tbf GOW and GOW R aren’t really like Dark Souls combat at all
@@robdurfee6861
I really don’t know what else to equate it to but I think it’s a huge step down from GOW 1-3
I will never get the *it's just more dark souls argument*
Well yeah.. that's why I bought it
"don't get the dlc it's just more Elden Ring"... Yes please. Why would you get a dlc if you didn't like the base game.
whats the game in the backround looks pretty interesting
Mortal Sin
I always summon the Mimic Tear, because the only man I can trust is me.
My guess: He simply sucked at Elden Ring. (Which is sad seeing I am a 60 year old grandma with MS and I managed to beat Elden Ring and quite enjoyed it) lol.
I feel like he only played the game for 5 minutes and just quit loll 😂
Same here to be honest
This guy is trying too hard with his angry joe ripoff...
If he doesn't like the game, don't buy it and don't play it... Problem Solved
Sounds like he attacked varre and can’t run away from him 😂😂😂
7:25 omg my eyes wtf are u even playing and why/how?
What game is he playing in this video? Between the reviewing and eldenring gameplay?
Mortal sin
There are four was to get to altius the fourth being near fia also beat melaina 12th try I find Bloodborne easier than elden ring despite most saying Bloodborne is harder my first soulsborne was Bloodborne so I learned Bloodborne's combat so I was naturally more aggressive and didn't level up vigor much
Background gameplay name
Mortal Sin

@@Giggles_iJest You're welcome
@@A_Potato_of_Infinite_Wisdomthank you! You’re awesome.
I'm new to Eldin Ring and Erdtree DLC. Also new to From games period. I admit I scream in anger in some very early beat downs and "you died" from early areas to late areas, but then I calm down. Do some level grinding and come back and kick ass successfully. I enjoy it even with the anger spats. It keeps me experimenting and trying again and again.
What are you playing?
This guy compares this game with others with a difficulty slider and calling it a combat system. The part where he screamed about the game being too hard gave that away here.
Thunk he got all that in one take?
Maidenless behavior
It's safe to say that this guy had no idea what he's talking about. Theres so much in elden ring, the place is littered with stuff. I have every achievement and i'm still finding stuff i had no idea existed
Wonder what this guy would say about Shadow of the erdtree.
I'm pretty sure he's just staging his rage over it, but I love his review.
Not surprised this guy named mainly open world playstation games, i also laughed when he said the horizon franchise.
