You'd never expect them to make a full length vocal theme for a non-canon GBA spinoff, but they did it. Why? Because why not. God I want more Klonoa media so goddamn badly
This game was never stated to not be canon, timeline contradictions can be solved by known lore in the series, such as characters often remembering Klonoa as a weird dream, and other lore explained elsewhere like Grandpa reviving.
If the switch remaster of the 2 main games does well. The Wii remaster version of the 1st game could’ve gotten us a Wii remaster of the 2nd game, let alone a 3rd game. But sales were so low and was cancelled.
Yeah, I tried to fix up any issues with translations and song flow that I was able to pick up. Out of curiosity, what are some of the mistakes still present?
@@reneethefox4797 Easy examples: "Dakishimeta" means "held close / held dear", so "Dakishimeta yume" means "dreams that I held dearly". That meaning is completely missing in this translation, for seemingly no reason. Then even worse, "Shinjita asu no tame ni" means "For the sake of the tomorrow I believed in,", but the translator somehow interpreted this as "Tomorrow morning when I wake up" which is completely wrong. There are more mistakes and meanings lost than this though.
@@reneethefox4797 Don't get me wrong though, I'm still very happy to have a (sorta) Japanese karaoke-friendly version of this song with such a high quality upload too. Sometime I will sing this with my Japanese friends. :)

@@Bobsican Oh I figured that from the start, all of the contradictions make Heroes feel like a ROM hack more than an actual game.
Oh my god thank you for making this!!!
Klonoa, you sing your heart out you dream traveling boy!
Seriously I learned that Klonoa sung this, along with that one song from Lunatea's Vale
Thank you
Klonoa Heroes needs an HD remake, and a sequel.
Please Bandai Nanco! Bring to us Klonoa 3 with Hyupoou's return and a song like this. Klonoa is my Second Sonic for now kkkkkk

@Glitchgoat You’re too late to tell me because I already know.
I love it
The English translation has many mistakes, but I thank you for including the full Japanese lyrics at the top.
