room lang po ito..swerte at pumayag ang may ari na dalawa kame sa kwarto ng asawa ko..normally 1 person lang talaga if 1roomlang irent bawal pag dalawa..sa uptown ito near walmart. presyon ngayon mam ng 1bedroom is $1550 na without utilities.kaya mahirap na dito para sa studyante

@@mindahuvalla7055 wife ko may trabaho na, ako im joining the oil and gas field or warehouse..need nyo atleast 110k annual dito mam (55k each annual income) para may maipon kayo if goal nyo magkaroon ng savings..if below that mabubuhay naman kayo dito pero hanggang bayad lang sa expenses dito ang kikitain nyo...well ok lang sainyo yun rhen this place is the best for you..pero if established na kau jan sa edmonton and marami na kayo ipon pwedeng pwede na kau dito

Hello sir! Incoming international student po ako ng UVIC from Pinas. Paano niyo po nahanapan yung Filipino landlord niyo? May Filipino community po ba diyan sa Victoria na pwede naming lapitan? As early as now po kasi, naghahanap na kami ng bahay and so far, wala kaming makitang kasing mura ng sa inyo. Bale couple din po kami, and karamihan kahit 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment na good for 1 person pa din and nasa 1,300 CAD and above po ang rent. Thank you and God bless sir.
