2019 is the first tim they performed last! 2017 they performed and had to rush back to their seats for artist of the Year!

@@jayoryana9239 nope, they collected their Artist of the Year after the performance. I think it was MMA they performed last in 2018.
BTS only started performing last in 2019. In 2018 they were not the last. EXO's performance was. Even though BTS has already grown big in 2018, SM Entertainment has enough clout to arm-twist the broadcasting companies to give them the last slot. BTS still won the Artist of the Year.

Actually that day Jungkook had to leave at some point before their performance because his back hurt a lot, BTS won an award and he wasn’t on the stage. Even with the pain he still managed to perform like the professional and hard working man that he is.

You ahould watch the 2016 MMA and MAMA awards when they got their very first daesangs (grand award). Like you should watch their whole performances and the award giving ceremony to see their reactions when they get selected as the winners it's priceless man it really is.

MAMA (MNET ASIAN MUSIC AWARD)
They always have 2 shows in different part of ASIA, like for example MAMA day 1 In korea then MAMA day 2 in other part of ASIA
While MMA (MELON MUSIC AWARD)
They mostly remain in korea, because MMA is a local Music award show in south korea. BECAUSE MMA is PARTICULARLY only in south korea, while MAMA it includes the entire ASIA thats why MNET ASIAN MUSIC AWARD, because not just in korea but also in different parts of asia. Although MAMA is a south korean brand but they included lots of countries in asia thats why mostly they invited also lots of famohs artists in different parts of ASIA to perform in MMA.

*Welcome to another episode of bts turning award shows into their concerts. Almost All the lightsticks- almost alll of them from an aerial point of view are army bombs, since there are multifandom people too in the crowd. Its crazy, also these armies support every artist that come to stage not only bts with their lightstick*

Most of the time, BTS are the last to pass because their performances are longer and people will see the award show until the end for them. Oh that was fun. I held my breath waiting for you to see Jungkook slinking up that catwalk in Airplane Pt2 and you didn't disappoint. I think that is my all time favourite performance by them all. They each had a special part of their own. Can you imagine this level of performance at a British award show? It makes me sad to think that all those support dances have been mostly out of work for the last year and a half. Hopefully now BTS (and other groups?) are starting to do concerts again they will be back in work. BTS gave a lot of money to support out of work artists.
No one is after them, awards shows use bts and makes the line save the last for the best but they are the greatest tho

In every BTS performance you need to be mindful and attentive to their VCR because through it they drop some hints in their next activity like album.
Bangtan takes over and award shows become concerts 🥺 but the beautiful thing about army is that they have never given a black ocean to anyone. Other fandoms did that to our boys in the past. Army always hype other artists even if they don’t stan bc respect. There is a performance by this one soloist and the way army interacted with him was just so beautiful! I don’t know if he would ever have a stage like that again. You could see it in his face that he was so moved

Ah Mr SammyCam I am SO Super HAPPY you finally got to this!!!! Yes This was another legendary performance. BTS members shone SO bright that night BUT for me overall Jimin & his INCREDIBLE dance had me SHOOKETH!!! Yes as per the opening of Airplane, when he did those clicks AND then jumped through that human hoop "WHAT" (!!!!) indeed! Jimin and Yoongi on the floor doing the "I dunno I dunno I dunno" made my head spin! AND then Jimin's dancing and gravely vocals had me holding my breath. Jimin's growl, body roll, strut and then high note in that sexy IDOL bit gave me LIFE! For me Jimin is Pure Divine Light on the darkest of days!!!
