Is this how your brain works? They switched BIVAS to change results manually. BIVAS that were only used for accreditation How can that be possible when elections were counted manually and recorded in Form EC8 manually and copy was given to all party agents? You don't even know the meaning of BIVAS. DID BIVAS capture any vote?

There is a new law coming up in the NASS that requires INEC to send records of BVAS to the court three days after any election(mandatry)..So after the election if anyone goes to court the court already has the record.
They will not assent to it. Don't put hope on it

INEC needs to be reformed. They must be made to defend every election they conduct. Until they're required to do so, every and any other electoral law is a waste of time. You want INEC to come out with every EC8A they used to conduct election with appropriate signatures (unmutilated) and present them to court. That is accountability. This one change will make election credible even with the present laws we have today
