I use pint mason jars and never have to recharge with more liquid. At the end of the season I use my vacuum sealer and remove all the air from the jars and this maintains the liquid with zero loss through the long winter. I use pint jars as they are easy to handle, very hard to break, and the sealing factor.

All the liquids are the same whether bags or jars? Also, would it make sense to store Gulp baits in the garage during the winter, taking advantage of the cold temperatures?
Hi @kenkisty5273 to answer your question, yes, all the gulp juice is actually the same, so if you want to combine a bunch into one container to preserve your gulp... this is a great way to do it. Also, leaving your baits in the garage for winter I think would be fine, so long as those gulp baits sit in that juice and they are not boiling, you are good to go.... thanks so much for the question, for watching, and for commenting. Hope your having a great weekend!! Let me know if you have any other questions. thanks.

I have a question: How do you know what is for Saltwater and what is for Freshwater?? Some packages are labeled Freshwater and Saltwater. Other packages aren't labeled at all. The Gulp refill bottles aren't labeled either. Any help is appreciated. Thankyou.
Hey Allen, great question... the answer is its all a matter of marketing... There is not difference in the gulp juice. I mix the fresh and saltwater juices all the time and it doesn't matter... I will say... the one thing that 100% DOES matter is not mixing the dark colors in with the really bright colors... what happens is the dark colors and white color combos will turn the gulp juice dark after a while and will dull / darken all your light colors... So if you have Chartruse/whites/etc I'd recommend keeping those colors separate and the dark colors separate... I hope that helps... Thanks so much for all the questions. I love talking fishing!!!
Hello, how can you tell what is for Freshwater and what is for Saltwater? Some Gulp is marked freshwater and some saltwater. Other packages, including the recharger, are not marked.

Another great question... thanks so much for all the participation!! I love it... I will say that gulp juice dilutes very easily in water... Although Gulp does not release its formula to the public, I can say it seems to just oxidize if left on metal (like your hooks for a long time), that doesn't necessarily mean its danergous for the environment or the fish... If you leave you gulp container open on a boat and some water mixes in with the gulp juice, the gulp juices effectiveness is dramatically decreased, which means water dilutes it quite easily, again making it not dangerous to the environment... the benefit to gulp, is the gulp baits themselves are designed to soak in the scent and liquid, so its able to give off scent for a while after its dunked in water... but again, since it dilutes in water so much that is the reason why you should always be re-charging your baits to get that scent back in there. overall its perfectly safe for the environment in my opinion without actually knowing the scent compounds of the juice itself... I hope that helps as well.... thanks so much again for your awesome questions!!

Didn't want to bother sending them back so I used them for Blues and Striped bass in the salt. They worked great. Do you know if there's any difference in the juice and can I mix them in a container?
Hey @bobbyk3469 SO SORRY For the delay, work has been crazy... So glad you found the channel... welcome aboard. Promise, I usually get back to folks a little quicker...
