I've watched countless contouring videos. Your's mashes the most sense. I have a round face, but most of the videos out there are by girls with much thinner faces. That makes it difficult to translate to where things go on my face. Thank you for taking the time to explain the way you did. You're absolutely gorgeous!

That's okay. Maybe don't start with contouring or bronzer in the beginning because it can get tricky(especially cream) a good style to start out with would be basic stage makeup because it still adds a nice pop to ur face. Hope this helps
I started doing makeup probably in November last year, and now I find I'm good at it. Of course I'm not completely happy with it, but you just have to practice! And it makes you so happy, when you master to do a good foundation base or a well blended crease! Just practice it's so much fun!

a really nice bronzer i like to use for contour is Wet 'n Wild bronzer in ticket to brazil. i also like to highlight with my Nudes palette from H&M and i use the middle shade! the bronzer was about 5 or 6 $ and the palette was $5! hope this helped!!
Nyc sunny bronzer is great essence eyeshadow no 17 is great for contouring essence blushes are perfect too. Wet and wild blushes are perfect. For highlight you can use any light colored eyeshadow really. Hope it helps 😘😘

contouring makes the face appear slimmer and more structured not adding warmth as it is more brown than orange and bronzing makes the skin more tan and DOES warm the face.
I did my contour today and it turned out such a mess! I thought I knew how to apply it nicely but I guess I was super wrong. Luckly I came across this video and I can shamelessly admit that I have been following the wrong steps all this time😅🙈 I will try Nikkie's methods tomorrow. Hope it works cuz her look looks flawless😍
Nikkie, you mention the MAC 163 brush for your contour, but the 163 is a flat contour brush that doesn't look like the one in your video. Did you mean to mention a different brush? The 138 or the 168 look more like the one in your video.

Lex Zeppelin I have the same problem! What I have found works for me is doing my normal foundation/concealer routine. Then setting my makeup very well. Then, once you start using the contour (I think a powder works better) apply it with a brush or even a sponge and pat. The patting motion allows you to build up a good amount of colour without smearing off your foundation and revealing your breakouts. You can blend out the edges where you don't have breakouts so it doesn't look harsh. Let me know if it works for you
I have the exact same problem but I doubt the best make up to suit my skin and my acne vanishes. Like you don't notice my huge volcanoes sticking out from my skin! Try Mac Pro long wear foundation as the more coverage your have and setting powered the more it will conceal your acne and hide the "lumps" I found that if I used benifits holla bronzer it make my acne and skin worse so I use all the produces in this video along with my cream from my doctor and I look completely different!

I have purple hair and extremely pale pale skin, and i use a light taupe eyeshadow from the Max Factor 4 color palette "Raisin Collection"...also i use the Covergirl eyeshadow single a matte color called Jammin...THAT i really must blend out because it is dark. Its a challenge finding reasonably priced greyish taupish colors to contour skins like mine,i bet anybody can find a shadow that fits their skin hue
I can imagine how she might have misread the 8 as a 3. Often the numbers rub off partially with use. On some of my brushes they've even come off completely.

everyone has a diffrent way of doing makeup yours doesnt have to be exactly like hers for it to be really pretty just find what works for you

I have the exact same problem but I doubt the best make up to suit my skin and my acne vanishes. Like you don't notice my huge volcanoes sticking out from my skin! Try Mac Pro long wear foundation as the more coverage your have and setting powered the more it will conceal your acne and hide the "lumps" I found that if I used benifits holla bronzer it make my acne and skin worse so I use all the produces in this video along with my cream from my doctor and I look completely different!

I have purple hair and extremely pale pale skin, and i use a light taupe eyeshadow from the Max Factor 4 color palette "Raisin Collection"...also i use the Covergirl eyeshadow single a matte color called Jammin...THAT i really must blend out because it is dark. Its a challenge finding reasonably priced greyish taupish colors to contour skins like mine,i bet anybody can find a shadow that fits their skin hue

I can imagine how she might have misread the 8 as a 3. Often the numbers rub off partially with use. On some of my brushes they've even come off completely.

She pulls it off fine, but I don't think I could get away with stopping the bronzer two thirds of the way down my face. It looks a bit strange when the bottom of the face is basically a different colour. Just not my style I guess.
