I heard from a previous worker its because they like putting people on the counter that are appealing to customera, in most cases its women and I heard it might be based of your looks. I dont know though but seems legit.

I've enjoyed both videos on this topic! I'm going to apply for a part time job soon. I'm 17 and this is going to be my first job, i just had a qustion regarding the interview process. What kinda questions do they ask? And is it easy? Thank you!
Everyone’s interview process is different depending on the manager who interviews you. Just be well prepared to answer any questions about availability, your strengths/weaknesses, etc. As long as you stick with a positive attitude and keep an open mind, everything should go great! Good luck:)
Wow ty for this video my 18 year old daughter she'll be 19 soon anyway she applied at our local McDonald's was called for an interview and an orientation got her uniforms started her training all the managers told her she was doing a great job now that training is over she is worried about her regular shifts cuz they are longer and I told her don't worry everything is going to be okay they have her doing the grilling in the back
Id say register being on the line first days kinda tricky since u just learned how to put the food togeather and being told u need to go faster is mhmm also it comes in waves like no orders than all of a sudden theres like 4 with all special items

Do women typically work the front counter? I hardly ever see any men working the register. At least at the McDonald’s location I will be working for
Both men and women work on the front counter, it just depends on when someone is hired and how long they’ve been working for
