No way they’d be “reinforcements from nearby” as you and some others suggest. I see your point, but it can easily be rebuked in so many ways.

Just saying the we’ve had “improper” clone appearances since their update. Why do I have phase 2 clones on geonosis, let alone an improper legion. Or having a geonosis droid on Kamino. This is nothing new.
I feel as if the clone skins (phase 1/2) works well on any map in a way, you could say that the Separatists have launched an assault on Kamino as one of their last ditch efforts so they had to gather as many droids as possible no matter their "camo/paint" job which could almost work as your own mini RP, whereas Snowtroopers on Tatooine just legit dont make sense

But those modes are supposed to let you live out you're own worlds and scenarios whereas blast supremacy and coop are supposed to be canon only. I think if they added a canon galactic assault and a non canon supremacy that'd be great as it lets you play in the star wars canon if you want and in Fan-Fictasia if you want.

I believe “immersion” is just a word that’s getting thrown around to excuse why certain things are the way they are in the game. The problem is the excuse doesn’t hold weight when you consider certain things elsewhere in the game (i.e. Maul on Scarif, Palpatine on Supremacy Starkiller Base). It’s literally just a word used as an excuse to not put in the work it would take to make the game canon accurate, and personally I’m fine with that.
Whenever something like this happen I gave my Trooper a back story as to why he was wearing set armor not so immersion breaking if anything it brought me deeper into the universe
I am perfectly fine with Shoretroopers being on any planet. It makes you feel like you are your own Stormtrooper. Almost like you were being deployed as troop reserves were short and you were desperately needed. Immersion is BS. So many of the battles that happen in game are already crazy inaccurate.

man I just started playing and it’s really gooodd idn y they ended it, in my opinion it’s my favorite. the graphics, the characters literally the whole game is my favorite. hopefully there making new updates and improvements.

I think it’s a little weird seeing a snow trooper on scarif but if people want to be snow troopers then they have that option I am NOT one of those people but I use the shore trooper on hoth it looks good enough in my opinion
Shore troopers should be able to play on Hoth and Tatooine as sand is half a shore and snow is frozen water, which is also half a shore. Credit goes to Caleb and Zanny for bringing me this knowledge
Personally, I like to use the Snowtrooper on some maps as it was one of my first lego minifigs and it gives me a sense of nostalgia. Also Episode 5 is one of my favorites. Also I would love to see mod support on Fallen Order similar to how Bethesda did with Fallout 4
"the game feels complete and well-rounded" Meanwhile I'm playing a Battlefront game without Ahsoka, Ventress, mandalorians, geonosians, spider droids, hailfire droids, or new hunt modes to add variety. This game is not just roses. There are some serious thorns on this Battlefront II rosebush, and there is a lot of wasted potential. If any other game developer had gotten their hands on Battlefront II with a bit more creativity and skill they could have pulled something much greater off.

Bruh this is actually a feature I've been asking for for a while now, idk why people want immersion 100% of the time. I mean yeah immersion it's cool but a games a game and to this day we never got a republic vs empire or republic vs first order. Yeah immersion is important for some but at it's core this is a game and a game should have those crazy and funny "what if" moments.
It'd be nice to see more options brought for the player to customize their imperial classes. We just finally got a armored Imp officer. It'd be nice to see camouflage options or paint job and themes brought to the classes
Shoretrooper aren‘t much different from normal stormtroopers, their armor looks different but there shouldn’t be any technical difference. So I think they would fit most planets except those where Snowtroopers are used (Hoth). Snowtrooper or Sandtrooper on the other hand are actually equipped for their specific environment. I really didn’t like that the Heavy Stormtrooper had the Sandtroopers Survival Backpack. That thing is supposed to keep them alive on planets like Tatooine, why do they wear it on like, the Death Star?

I honestly didn't have a problem with the customization with the stormtroopers. Its like saying people don't like the different types of clone battalions in age of Republic you can be, because some of those different clone battalions never had fought in certain battles. For example, The coruscant clones battling in genosis, Camino, etc, like I dont mind that you know. Anyways my opinion.
Bombastic, I know this is a battlefront 2 video, but in fallen order 2 it would be cool if you had a star fighter progression system and combat in your own Star fighter!
This video is just silly because I genuinely appreciate having the option to use different skins. Considering that clone troopers may wear phase I and Phase II armor on the same map, the argument that this breaks immersion is just ridiculous. I'm happy with these choices and dont feel obligated to complain about this because it doesnt at all ruin my overall enjoyment of the gameplay.

I'm just glad we have some imperial customization even though it's very clear it's a last ditch effort for it. Immersion has never really been a problem for me since i think there's way worse immersion breakers, like the heroes. Personally I haven't been playing for an immersion feel, but moreso a cinematic feel regardless of who is using what skin or BB-8 singlehandedley taking out Vader, Grievous and an AT-ST all by himself. The game has always been immersion breaking in some way before the addition of the stormtrooper appearances
The vehicle command post capturing is also glitchy because you can get in a star fighter and still sometimes get the capturing command post thing on screen

I don't think it's really that big of a deal, because Battlefront really wasn't immersive in the first place. You have can have 501st and Kashyyyk clone troopers (forgot the name) fighting alongside each other on geonosis. Also you can have a fight with Obi Wan and Darth Ball (bb-9e).
I miss the gameplay with your friends, it was always so fun to hear you guys joke around and have fun. Also, I don’t know if you noticed but I think in the newest update they changed the load in mechanic in star fighter assault. When playing it once I selected my star fighter it sent me right into the game, a much needed change to the spawning. It was much too long beforehand.
It would be so cool if different pauldrons would be unlocked at certain high levels to show other players you're a high level player while also adding that bit of customization to the game
I mean the same thing can be said about hero appearances. You can find a ROS Palpatine running around on Yavin 4 or Yellow Lightsaber Rey slicing FO Stormtroopers at Jakku.
Tbh at the time I've tried to evade the fact of different stormies thinking reasons for them to be there. Shore troopers are also the new swamp troopers so makes sense for Yavin and Endor, normal stormies are everywhere, and snow troopers could just be galactic marines or scarif lower decks security, because apparently the lower decks of those towers are just giant fridges.
They should absolutely bring back the shadow trooper skin for max rank. It would fit in on all maps since the shadow troopers are spec ops and would go wherever the mission was. Of course, the shadow trooper would have worked much better as an infiltrator but never mind that. I also would have liked a bothan spy over an ewok.
How come this was never a problem with hero skins (such as Luke with his Hoth skin)? The player should be able to choose what he wants to wear. The game is for you to enjoy yourself, and if the player enjoys wearing non appropriate skins for the map, it’s their choice.
I mean, it is a problem with the heroes, i cant stand when people use the wrong skins on maps, lol. its just a lot bigger problem now that the troops are included.

man I just started playing and it’s really gooodd idn y they ended it, in my opinion it’s my favorite. the graphics, the characters literally the whole game is my favorite. hopefully there making new updates and improvements.

Shore troopers should be able to play on Hoth and Tatooine as sand is half a shore and snow is frozen water, which is also half a shore. Credit goes to Caleb and Zanny for bringing me this knowledge
Personally, I like to use the Snowtrooper on some maps as it was one of my first lego minifigs and it gives me a sense of nostalgia. Also Episode 5 is one of my favorites. Also I would love to see mod support on Fallen Order similar to how Bethesda did with Fallout 4

Meanwhile I'm playing a Battlefront game without Ahsoka, Ventress, mandalorians, geonosians, spider droids, hailfire droids, or new hunt modes to add variety.
This game is not just roses. There are some serious thorns on this Battlefront II rosebush, and there is a lot of wasted potential. If any other game developer had gotten their hands on Battlefront II with a bit more creativity and skill they could have pulled something much greater off.

Gar Saxon, that lady-mandalorian-that-I-can't-quite-name-but-she's-got-red-hair and Ahsoka could have all been added... also this game needs some more gameplay variety like a medic class, engineer class (also the class system itself is quite busted in my opinion. Officers should be completely removed because they do not belong on any battlefield other than the Death Star, or capital ships)

Bruh this is actually a feature I've been asking for for a while now, idk why people want immersion 100% of the time. I mean yeah immersion it's cool but a games a game and to this day we never got a republic vs empire or republic vs first order. Yeah immersion is important for some but at it's core this is a game and a game should have those crazy and funny "what if" moments.

Shoretrooper aren‘t much different from normal stormtroopers, their armor looks different but there shouldn’t be any technical difference. So I think they would fit most planets except those where Snowtroopers are used (Hoth). Snowtrooper or Sandtrooper on the other hand are actually equipped for their specific environment. I really didn’t like that the Heavy Stormtrooper had the Sandtroopers Survival Backpack. That thing is supposed to keep them alive on planets like Tatooine, why do they wear it on like, the Death Star?

I honestly didn't have a problem with the customization with the stormtroopers. Its like saying people don't like the different types of clone battalions in age of Republic you can be, because some of those different clone battalions never had fought in certain battles. For example, The coruscant clones battling in genosis, Camino, etc, like I dont mind that you know. Anyways my opinion.

This video is just silly because I genuinely appreciate having the option to use different skins. Considering that clone troopers may wear phase I and Phase II armor on the same map, the argument that this breaks immersion is just ridiculous. I'm happy with these choices and dont feel obligated to complain about this because it doesnt at all ruin my overall enjoyment of the gameplay.

I don't play the modes where those things can happen, because they take me so out of the game. so the inaccurate stormtroopers are really gross, when everything else I'm seeing is appropriate for the map/era.

I'm just glad we have some imperial customization even though it's very clear it's a last ditch effort for it. Immersion has never really been a problem for me since i think there's way worse immersion breakers, like the heroes. Personally I haven't been playing for an immersion feel, but moreso a cinematic feel regardless of who is using what skin or BB-8 singlehandedley taking out Vader, Grievous and an AT-ST all by himself. The game has always been immersion breaking in some way before the addition of the stormtrooper appearances

The vehicle command post capturing is also glitchy because you can get in a star fighter and still sometimes get the capturing command post thing on screen

I don't think it's really that big of a deal, because Battlefront really wasn't immersive in the first place. You have can have 501st and Kashyyyk clone troopers (forgot the name) fighting alongside each other on geonosis. Also you can have a fight with Obi Wan and Darth Ball (bb-9e).
I miss the gameplay with your friends, it was always so fun to hear you guys joke around and have fun. Also, I don’t know if you noticed but I think in the newest update they changed the load in mechanic in star fighter assault. When playing it once I selected my star fighter it sent me right into the game, a much needed change to the spawning. It was much too long beforehand.
Shoretroopers could fit on Yavin 4 as it is quite swampy, lighter armour, better mobility in these conditions
Nothing is more infuriating than seeing half your team playing different colored phase 2 clones on kamino and genosis.
It would be so cool if different pauldrons would be unlocked at certain high levels to show other players you're a high level player while also adding that bit of customization to the game

Tbh at the time I've tried to evade the fact of different stormies thinking reasons for them to be there.
Shore troopers are also the new swamp troopers so makes sense for Yavin and Endor, normal stormies are everywhere, and snow troopers could just be galactic marines or scarif lower decks security, because apparently the lower decks of those towers are just giant fridges.
They should absolutely bring back the shadow trooper skin for max rank. It would fit in on all maps since the shadow troopers are spec ops and would go wherever the mission was. Of course, the shadow trooper would have worked much better as an infiltrator but never mind that. I also would have liked a bothan spy over an ewok.

How come this was never a problem with hero skins (such as Luke with his Hoth skin)? The player should be able to choose what he wants to wear. The game is for you to enjoy yourself, and if the player enjoys wearing non appropriate skins for the map, it’s their choice.
I mean, it is a problem with the heroes, i cant stand when people use the wrong skins on maps, lol. its just a lot bigger problem now that the troops are included.
