Love these, my form isn't great as i'm up to 50kg dumbbells, they take some shifting. My main tip on these is to face a mirror and ensure your torso is in a straight line, noes to toe, I have twisted too many times and hurt myself - great video too
Thanks! I’ve been loving a land mine row recently and a pendlay row. All the pulling 😂 Makes me feel strong… not quite as humbling as a heavy bench, although that’s fun too.
