I'm not an expert on those kind of things. Probably your figure has a disproportion on the size of the connecting block (hinge) in it's elbow or could just be a tight hinge that causes the arms to start splitting when the arms are straightened. If that's the case, you may look up for a solution here on YT on how to loosen tight hinges on figures such as this. It might help 🙂.
Yeah I have seen them on videos only. For comparison, I should say that I like the version of dino keys from the japanese version in terms of show accuracy (folding key 😊). But for the figures itself, I can't say much since I have not gotten the chance to review the actual toys
I think the only "official" combination with the 5 pack is between Mosa Razor Zord and T-Rex Champion Zord which is the Electro Zord. However, with the design of the figure, you can actually make different combinations with the 5 pack, though it's not official.

When i put the arms straight the biceps on both arms start to split. Any recommendation on how to fix it?
