Former Olive Garden employee. Bread comes with everything and your entree comes with soup OR salad. Not both. The soup, salad, bread could be taken as an entree. Soup/salad could be argued as appetizer or side.

I used to work at bonefish grill over 20 years ago and you can get any of the appetizers as an entree I don't know if it's still like that but it was when I worked there
