@@Andination33 Haha. I feel that. Yes absolutely. Still hoping for a couple Ozzy gigs, I know Sharon said at the beginning of the year they were looking into it. I'm based in London, but I'd happily travel however far for Ozzy haha.
I don’t think any rock star living or dead has had as much fun in his career as Dave. When he brings these legendary guys on stage it’s like he’s reliving a musician’s childhood. It’s really awesome to watch.
@@mungofinalfi4480 1997 at a bar called Jaxx in Springfield, VA. It was their final stop on that tour before heading to Europe. They played a bunch of Maiden songs, too.
Thanks Geezer for the many great songs with Sabbath that ive listened to for most of my life(59yrs old) and big thanks to Dave and the foo,s for getting great muso,s on stage with them! Jimmy Page and john paul jones was one of the best endings to a gig ever when the Foo,s played Wembley for the first time. Big cheers😁
I was there 🤣, with my grandad , my dad and my cousin- it was my cousins first gig too - talk about baptism by fire 🤣🤣🤣 suck a great gig . Other than the bit where me and my grandad sat a security guard stood right in front of us when they played the pretender
That's England, not USA, any metal head in England or for that matter even India would know members of Iron Maiden, Deep Purple or Black Sabbath. Only in the US these bands are not that popular.
This is awesome but Dave really needs to give up the ciggies. His voice gets quite bad later into their tours. Obviously all the screaming doesn't help either but that's all part of the show. I wish someone would convince him to give up the smokes
Ever notice how the more insufferable they are the more popular they are? You only need check one’s wealth to get a gauge. I don’t don’t want to dismiss society as a whole but man there’s some serious flock
Remember when only short people couldn't see the stage. Now no one can.
One of the greatest metal bass players that ever lived.
100%
Stood right in front of Geezer twice for Sabbath and was blown away watching his fingers move across that bass.
Mick Khan?
He is not dead yet...
Geezer is one of the reasons why I play P Bass
Dave channeling Ozzy in this performance is EVERYTHING
Best thing I’ve seen all year Dave was class 🤣
I almost spilled my coffee lmao, nice to see Geezer still got it

@@007k01 Fucking mental. You cannot not love Dave.
Slightly embarrassing that he had to look at the teleprompter for the lyrics… 😮
Grohl's voice makes you appreciate Ozzy!
love how they put him on top of the mix, everyone in that crew is cool

Geezer plays in a unique style, it’s jazz metal. Legend.
Dave became the prince of darkness for 3 minutes and it was awsome.
Princess, please!
I saw Geezer's solo band open for Bruce Dickinson and Adrian Smith in a bar that held about 1000 people. One of the best nights of my life.
When was this?

I bet! Jealous ain't the word.
Grohl doing his best Ozzy impression
...and it didn't work!....
I always like the respect Dave has to other rock bands and musicians, especially his constant wish to play with. Thank you, Geezer, for the music!
Awesome to see butler again

Fantastic!! Love this. Geezer!! 🔥
I am not a Foo Fighters fan, but I love everything Dave Grohl does
Awesome 🤘🏻
I was there! Just uploaded a view of this from side stage :)
Sabbath foreverrrrrrr 🙏🙏👍👍👍🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍🙏🙏
Mr Geezer Butler!!
the thunderous fingers of Geezer FUCKIN Buttler!!!
Ye olde Geezer still have it 🖤
I was there, what a moment
Holy crap!!

The birthplace of league football AND heavy metal!! UTV
A true proper Geezer...
🤘✝🤘
🤩
Welcome home Geezer 🤟🎸
Dave Is top rocker.
Paranoid should always be played on the 12th fret…..
Correct.
Absolutely, just doesn’t sound right otherwise
🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
I always wonder how Nate feels when he's the only one left out
Honoured that his bass guitar is being played by a metal god!!
Still gives the old fourstring a good workout! UTV!
Ironically this could probably be heard from Ozzys childhood home
What is ironic about that?
Geezer fucking butler man ❤
The Ozzy Leaps!
Wembley can keep their fireworks, this set was real pyrotechnical rock n roll.
Rami is the man 🤘🏻
Didn't do much here though?
Dave Osborne hehehe ta ate usando as roupas do Ozzy fora as imitações hahah muito bom!!!
Because he’s MY Butler!
Seinfeld reference?? 😂
Get the fuck in! 🤘
Where is ozzy in his little trampoline?
Are they playing live?
Dave forgetting some of words plus the Ozzy antics makes this too similar to a Black Sabbath gig.
Very great....it shows how powerful Ozzy's voice was back in his prime cause even Dave sounds a bit muggy compared to him
The best part: Dave pretending Ozzy...lol...
Ngl if I can, I'll go see the og sabbath when they reunite w/ bill
There are some great phones at that gig…..zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
why people go on Foo Fighters concerts
I dunno who this Tommy Chong guy is, but he plays bass really well!
Not bad for an old Geezer.
Dave is not hitting those notes lol.
I thought he retired
Blakey from "On The Buses" was a fan of Sabbath but he never liked the bass player.........
I bet half of the crowd don't know who he is!
Yea but they do NOW and that's what's important. The guy is an effin BEAST

Mate, Sabbath formed literally a couple streets away from Villa Park
Mate, it's in Brum. That's like a Scouser never hearing of John Lennon.
What a nonsense comment
TAKE A LIFE OF FATHERS vEITNAM YOU OUR 54 YEARS OF USE BROTHERHOOD mARINE TO FAMILYS
THE COUNTY A SONG OF USE MARINES
Sorry Dave....not a fuckin patch on Ozzy's Vocals!!!..
Dave's voice is not meant to sing Sabbath
Dave does a good Ozzy!! 💯
Nowhere near 😢

Who told grohl that he can sing.Wouldnt watch the foo fighters if they were playing in my back garden.
A better score than Ollie Watkins.
This sounds awful.
The only good thing about this is Geezer Butler. How to murder a song, bloody awful vocals.
Best part was when he butchered the lyrics that Geezer 100% wrote.
Ever notice how the more insufferable they are the more popular they are? You only need check one’s wealth to get a gauge. I don’t don’t want to dismiss society as a whole but man there’s some serious flock
What the fuck are you even.on about
Stupid bot comment
How to completely ruin a classic song in one easy lesson.😐
God aren’t you boring
I sucks when sometimes singers who do legendary songs make it look like a goof. Grohl is a legend but geez bro. That was wack
Dreadful
Beavis on the drums..? (>
