The thermostat in those ovens are in the wrong place if they would move them down middle ways of the oven back of the oven just mightwork better and be more accurate

Not sure. I have calibrated quite a few domestic ovens but I don't think this had an adjustment. Mainly because the flame just goes low to high. Hope you are having a great weekend

Really enjoyed that series with your bow making buddy a few years back. Where he explained about which ash tree to use and from what part of the tree. Pretty cool stuff!! So are you retired?? @@mfavia620 no I'm still working. Spending more time in NC during the summer. Still have my heating business and it's out straight this time of year. I do spend as much time in Maine as possible but mostly still in NH. I really like the quality of this oven for sure. Always good to hear from you.

I've been eyeballing these ovens and the coleman ovens. Haven't decided which way to go
I hear you. Took me about 3 years to decide but this is pretty handy. Happy with it so far and it's pretty well built.
