Scorch was on Rock 101 in Manchester here in New Hampshire for years..I use to listen to him all the time at work. He was born to do radio and was always entertaining. He did "Paws for The Cause" every year. There is no mistaking his very distinctive gravelly voice.
The few celebrity encounters I have had have left me less than impressed. But I'd be a bumbling mess if I met Scorch aka Vito Carlucci. God Bless you for.giving us more Scorch.
I'll never forget the airwave-takeover we had in Cortland when Scorch 1st started in Syracuse.. He/they had days where they'd just loop Dogs-Barking [Jingle Bells or an annoying song like that] It was hilarious. With killer tunes in between. When Scorch finally hit the mic, [before we met him] I could only come up with one mental image of him.. Think back to the show You Can't Do That On Television - Les Lye - The Dad *Alcoholic / disheveled / hair all f'd up / stubble / kicked back in a chair wearing sweats & a wife beater.. beer / food stains all down the front of it.. And then he started coming to Cortland to drink at our local spots & hit on the 'fresh meat' that SUNY Cortland had to offer.. Those where the days.. Back then he had bleached hair, so we called him Guy Fieri. Never a dull moment. Those were the days..
Is it just me or does scorch look like Ragnar Lothbrok with a cocaine problem. Also Ant's haircut reminds me of the guy who played the Greatest American hero
Ant has never realy given me a full vascular trouser splitter, but he looks much better now. Here he looks like a homeless witch woman. I wrote this hilarious comment with my new wireless keyboard, oh yeah 2023 is looking pretty sweet. (it wrote witch without a C) #comingupondrugs #goingtogetmore
