I miss him so much still, and it's so bittersweet to hear these songs, and especially to hear one over a video like this, where it feels for a moment like he's back 💔 I'm so, so glad you went to see them! ❤ I saw them thrice during the Minutes To Midnight and A Thousand Suns tours, but not since then. I thought about it, but put it off, for to long it turned out, and I have to live with that regret now. My mum had even expressed an interest in going, since I had gone with just my dad previously, and I'm so sad I never got to see them with her. Don't put things off, don't take it for granted that you can do it later 💔 I adore Hybrid Theory and Meteora, they are works of art and helped save me - but my favourite Linkin Park album is actually A Thousand Suns. I remember REALLY disliking the single "The Catalyst", and feeling anxiously sure that I'd hate the album. I went into listening to it with a closed mind, and didn't like it, it was too strange and different. Then one day I listened to it while lying on the floor, eyes closed, mind open, just really taking it in and letting it hit; that's one of the most impactful music experiences I've had. After that, it just grew and grew on me, and today I consider it their best work. If it's been a long time since you listened to it, I'd recommend giving that album another chance ❤
I will definitely go back to A Thousand Suns after reading this ♥️ The biggest regret of my life I think would have been to not go to that concert at The O2.
@@j4m35reacts It really did make me so happy to hear that you did go! I hope you find A Thousand Suns at least half as great as I do, then you'll have a good time listening to it. I can really recommend listening to it from start to finish, it's very much an album, not just a collection of songs. And the effect as you react the end after going through the entire album is spectacular ❤️
