"Get back here!" She said, panting, running after the villain. Running wasn't really enjoyable, but it was even worse when she had five inch heels and a dress on. She pulled out a tool from inside her dress and shot it. It shot out a rope that attached to the balcony of the building next door. She swung from it and landed on the next roof, her shoes clacking on the ground. She fell to the ground trying to catch her breath and she wiped sweat from her forehead. She saw him come out from behind a corner with his hands in his pockets, looking as though he just got finished getting ready, not a hair out of place. She hated that she thought he looked good. "Aww, tired already? I was hoping we would have a little more fun." He said, mockingly, though she couldn't help but notice a hint of worry flash on his face. "What are you playing at, Agent? Plan to drag me to some underground cellar where your men can torture me to their heart's content?" She rolled her eyes as she moved a strand of hair away from her face. "Where would the fun be in that? If I i were to do something like that, I'd prefer to have you all to myself, love." He said, as he crouched down to face her, putting his knife under her chin. "Is that so?" She instantly grabbed his wrist, which she couldn't even put her fingers all the way around. She twisted his arm and locked it behind his back. "You will tell me where the files are hidden, and you will tell me now." She tried her best to hide how flustered she felt after he said that. "Really? You wanna play it rough? It's okay. I'm sure you like it rough." He smirked at her. "Shut up! You-" Suddenly, they heard the sounds of police sirens. "Shit!" "Aww, they cut our time together short. How tragic." He gave her that stupid smirk she hated once again. He grabbed her arm from behind and trapped her in his arms, her back against the balcony railing. "Well, i guess I'll see you next time, my love." She looked away from him, but he immediately grabbed her chin and gently made her face him, anger flashing across her face. He gave her a kiss on the forehead and let her go. "And might I add, you look gorgeous tonight, darling!" He winked and disappeared after jumping of the railing. She looked down and he waved at her. "That absolute asshole." She said to herself. She then let out a snicker and ziplined away herself, as the the red and blue lights snapped her out of her daydream. You failed to capture Agent Star once again?" "I apologize, ma'am. I wasn't quick enough, it was my fault. "Though, I'm not sure how much longer I'll understand. Agent Star is one of the best agents in the business, which isn't exactly doing wonders for us. But I must advise you to capture him as soon as possible." "Yes, ma'am. I understand. I'll do my best." "I expect nothing less from you." She smiled at Agent Black and left. Black let out a sigh and sloped down on her chair. "So, tonight, a grand banquet will be held, where your target is gonna be. His name is Sir William. Typical." Said Junia, one of Agent Black's friends at headquarters. "Sir William? Really? Isn't he like one of the richest politicians in the world? Why do I have to go after him?" "Two reasons. One, Agent Star is gonna be there. Two, we suspect they're working together. It's ok, Mari. You'll be fine! You're the best agent we've got." Junia smiled. "Oh, I gotta go. Duty calls! Bye!" Marina nodded at her and smiled. "Well, time to go pick out another dress." Fast forward to the evening. Marina looked absolutely stunning, as one might say. She wore a black dress with a big white bow upon it right above where the slit of the dress was. She wore a big feather boa and a matching hat. "Name?" Asked the security guard outside the venue. "Charlotte North." She flashed him a charming smile. The guard skimmed through his list for a second. "Proceed, ma'am." He gestured towards the door. It had marble walls and flooring, with a ginormous chandelier at the ceiling, adorned with the finest details and made from the most delicate looking glass. She scanned the room for her target, amongst the many designer clothes wearing people in that hall. She finally laid eyes on him, her glasses zooming in on his face and verifying that it was indeed, Sir William. "There you are. Come to mama." She whispered under her breath as she started to make her way towards him. Suddenly, she bumped into a man wearing a suit who stopped in front of her. "Oh!" She said, rubbing her nose. "Excuse me? Please look where you-" She looked up at him. He was wearing a masquerade mask, but anyone could recognize that face. "You." "Ah, for a second I thought you forgot me." He smirked at her. "How could anyone forget someone like YOU?" She remarked. "Oh, please, I'm flattered. You look like I've been on your mind." "Yes, you have. I've been thinking of every possible way to kill you." She got really close and gave him a death stare. "Well, positive or not, I'm glad I was on your mind, love. I've missed you, too." He winked. Suddenly they heard music start playing and people beginning to pair up with others. "Ah, yes the dance! I was looking forward to this part!" "Wha-?" He pulled her in by the waist with his right hand and took her right hand with his left. "I never agreed to dance with you." She said quietly, so that no one could hear them. "You don't seem to be against it either, darling." He glanced over at her left hand resting on his shoulder. "Enjoy it while you can." She glared at him. "Oh, don't worry, darling. I am." He smirked. PART 4 FINALLYYY ENJOY I GUESS LOL 😭🙏 "Your flirty remarks aren't getting you anywhere." She said coldly, hiding the fact that they actually were. "I guess I'll have to try harder then." He chuckled softly. "Why are you trying to get closer to me? Might I remind you that we're very much enemies?" "I can't just get you out of my head like that. It's not that easy when you look like that all the time, you know." She tried her best not to, but ended up blushing crimson red. "Aww, are you blushing? Isn't that adorable! You're very cute, you know." She managed to make eye contact with him but couldn't help but notice a hint of genuineness in his words. "I'm flattered you think of me that way, but I'm not blushing. It's just my makeup. Obviously." She rolled her eyes. "Mmm, of course." He chuckled. They kept dancing and he dipped her as the music swelled. The whole room of people danced in perfect sync. He lifted her up in the air as did everyone else. Soon, the music ended. They stood there for a bit, in the same position, staring at each other. There were just inches in between them. "Stop! No!" She let go of him, snapping back to her senses. He gave a look of shock and knitted his eyebrows. "I...have to go." She said, as she took off into a corner behind a wall, which lead to the ladies room. She hunched over the sink. "No, no, no, no. This can't be happening. No!" She stared at her reflection in the mirror. "No! Snap out of it! It was just a one night thing. There's NO WAY way your heart just fluttered." She took deep breaths and left the bathroom. When she came out, she didn't see him anywhere. "Ah, shit." She decided to make her way to Sir William and focused on what she was here to do. Capture him and bring him back to HQ. It'll be fine, she's done this loads of times. She grabbed a glass of champagne swiftly from a waiter passing by, who was one of her colleagues. She was told he'd be there to give her the glass. She swished the champagne around in the glass and walked over to Sir William. "Sir William! Pleased to make your acquaintance." She gave him a slight bow. He was a short, fat and bald man with a mustache bigger than his heart. "Mm, yes. And who might you be, young lady?" Marina instantly caught his face get redder as he saw her and she tried her best to hide her disgust. "Charlotte North, sir. A pleasure." She flashed him a fake smile. "Ahh, I've heard of you. You're the designer of my second wife's wedding dress! You're very well known in my world, you know! You should be honored that even people like us know about people like you." He gave her a laugh that sounded exactly like a kettle going off. She clenched her jaw. Even if she wasn't *really* Charlotte North, that still hurt. "It is an honor, sir! I saw your wedding in the newspaper and was overcome with joy that someone like you would want a dress from ME." She gave an elegant laugh. He didn't even get a chance to respond to that hidden shade before she interrupted him. "Champagne?" She gestured the glass towards him. "Why, i- actually, I would enjoy that." He took the glass from her and was about to take a sip. She watched in suspense. Moving.. moving.. drinking.. Wait. He didn't drink the champagne. (forgive me for my poor writing 😭 all of this is also written in one sitting. DONT BLAME ME 😞 OH!! and im also referencing other writing prompts from @jayleehna :3) *PART ONE* The hero desperately tries to catch their breath, hunched over as they hear the villain laugh, something in between mockery and amusement or the latter. “What’s the matter, hm?” The villain taunted. “Are you tired, darling?” The hero, still trying to catch their breath, looks up at the villain with a glare. “I swear, I’m going to kill you.” The villain smirked, leaning against the doorway. “You can’t even catch me. I’m quite disappointed, dear - I thought you had more… stamina, in you.” After what felt like an eternity, the hero finally caught their breath, now standing upright. The villain stopped leaning against the doorway. “I’m going to kill you.” the hero said, reaching out to grab the villain, only for the villain to back away with a wink. “You’ll have to catch me first, darling.” And then they (villain) started running again. With a sigh, the hero started to chase after them again. *PART TWO* It really wasn’t his (hero) fault - running just really wasn’t his strong suit. Hence, the hero now being interviewed the next day for failing to catch the villain. “So,” the interviewer piped up, “did you manage to catch the villain?” The hero knew damn well that they (interviewer) knew that he wasn’t able to catch him (villain). “Sadly, I wasn’t able to get him,” the hero replied, resisting the urge to absolutely punch the interviewer, “but I will catch him.” The interviewer smiled, but it seemed more mocking than reassuring. “I’ve been meaning to ask: why do you keep letting the villain get away? I mean, it’s not like you have bad stamina, right? You’re a hero.” Okay, now they were pushing it. The staff gestured to wrap it up, and the interviewer did. The hero didn’t want to stay there any longer, so he stormed out without a word. When the hero woke up the next morning, he decided to turn on the TV, for no specific reason. He was going to turn the TV off - until he got to the news channel. It was that same interviewer from the other day, the one that mocked him (hero). The interviewer was hanging upside down, tears attempting to fall with the initials “K. A.” written boldly in blood, with a paper attached to their body using a staple. The paper read; “Try to catch me, darling. - K.A.” It was the villain? Why would he do that..?? The hero almost felt bad, and almost went there to go and try to catch the villain. Maybe this was an exception.

That sickly sweet sound, scratching the eardrums like a cat scratches the newly-bought furniture, with the ever-present smugness in his tone only further highlighting his infinite ego which- giving the situation- was being fed each breath the hero took, in a pathetic attempt to regain composure and continue the chase. "Shut... shut up" The hero's body trembled under its own weight, his breath shaky and unsteady. "I'm.. I'm gonna.. Get you after i.. catch my breath, you dick." "Wow, I'm just trembling in my boots." An amused scoff escaped the villain's mouth. How truly.. mortal he was, the hero. Perhaps their encounters were the only thing reminding the villain just how different he was from those twigs with stamina of a toothpick- but, honestly, as long as it made him feel better about himself, it didn't matter how long it took the hero to resurrect his breath from the dead. I'm not the greatest writer, but bare with me here: Sweat poured down her brow. As she heaved deep breaths, panting, her chest rose up in down for at least twenty beats. The villian said something, "Aw... hun, is someone out of breath?" He smiled, mocking her, then leaned against the doorway. "Shut the h*ll up Elijah." The hero stood up facing the villan, his hair was done and his suit was neat and clean as if he'd just come home from a relaxing stroll in the park, the hero froze, "gosh damn he's hot" she thought "No! Ewww! Stop that, Lilith! You're on a mission!" She was wearing a formal suit and skirt, both of which were, of course, black. The suit was rinkled and messy. The skirt was even worse. She looked at it, needing to stare at something other than Elijah's beautiful cold gaze. "How did that tear even get there?" She thought, pulling at it, oh wait, I remember... An hour ago: She was casing after him, and he ran through the park. Jumping over hedges and bushes, one of those was a thorn bush. And though Lilith was good at technology and most combat, she wasn't good at jumping over large thorn bushes. With a sigh, she let go of the torn fabric and looked up at the villain. Elijah looked back at her. "You look tired, Lilith~" he said it tenderly, "Bet ya' can't catch me~~" He winked at her as he jumped through and out of the window. Lilith gasped, holding her hands to her mouth. The shock lasted about five seconds as she then exclaimed, "Wait, no!" The hero ran over to where the villan had just jumped looking down the thirty foot story building, "Oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh... oh no, Miss Cara will punish me. She will be so mad." Lilith panicked, searching the area of anything to purse him (villan) with. "Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t!" She ran down the stairs and out through the door, the stairs were easier to run downwards on, so she relaxed a bit. Finally, on the street, she looked around. These streets were littered with dangerous people, gangs and fights would often play out during the evening when everyone else would scrambe off the streets. As expected, the only other people around were those running home. She looked up at the sky, night was entering, and the moon was rising, a beautiful full moon. She saw a glimpse of a figure flying through the air on a nearby building, keeping her eyes up to her target she ran. The hero was almost there, tired, but this would be worth it when suddenly... Lilith ran into a dead end, a pretty dark valley. She didn’t have much gear on her but did do extensive combat training. She tensed and looked around in the alley. The hero saw a person standing in the shadow, fully expecting the figure to be the villain. "Hey there, little girl~ isn’t it dangerous to go outside alone, especially tonight?" Said a huge man. He came out of the darkness and loomed over her, smiling mischievously. "No! I'm not a little girl, and I have places to be. Leave me alone!" The hero exclaimed, looking around, ten others circled around her. "Now!" Someone screamed. The giant man grabbed Lilith as she struggled to resist. She quickly learned that the combat training didn't work on someone ten times your size. "Get off of me! Let go!" Lilith screamed, terror flooding her head, "Let me go!" Suddenly, someone knocked out the man holding her, and he landed on Lilith, taking her breath away. She gasped, struggling to crawl out. The hero turned to look around at the ten other guys, but they were all knocked out, too. "Wha--?" The villan jumped in front of her, lifting her up to carry her in his arms. He started sprinting. "Not you!" Lilith yelled. "Shhh, I just saved your life hun, can't I get a thank you?" Hearing no reply, he asked again, playfully, "say thank you~" "Put me down!" He reached a hotel running in, the clerk was about to say something but changed her mind when she saw the villans face, it was cold and dark. He ran up to the last floor, opening the door and turning on the light. "I can walk, you know!" "But can you run?" Flustered, the hero fell silent, and Elijah (villan) chuckled. Lilith inspected his room, trying to find the stolen possessions. "Now, now, you can't know all my secrets darlin' good night~" He pressed a cloth to her face as she was about to object, taking a deep breath and falling unconscious. PART TWO AT 10 LIKES--------------------------------------------------------------- Lilith woke up and looked around. All she could see was darkness. She soon realized it was a blindfold. The hero tried to lift her arms and legs but quickly figured out she was bound at the wrists, waist, and legs. "Great, just great." She thought. Lilith decided the best course of action would be to take the blindfold off, so she lifted her shoulder to her inclined head, pulling at the blindfold. A few minutes of struggling later, she managed to get it resting on her neck. Now she looked around. She was sitting on a chair in a... pantry?! "What the heck?" She thought, looking at boxes of crackers, snacks, and utilities. "Gotta get myself out of here..." The hero tried pulling at the ropes, but they were expertly tied. Suddenly, she heard footsteps. The TV was turned on. Apparently, there was some commotion. Then, suddenly, the TV was turned off, footsteps came and got louder and louder until the pantry door was unlocked. The villan stepped inside. "Oh, hello there, love! Just woke up?" "What time is it?! Why am I in a pantry? Why is the only thing in your pantry pop tarts and cereal!?" "Woah, woah, let slow down hun" he leaned on the doorframe, looking at Lilith, "First, it's the late morning or early afternoon," he held up two fingers, "second, the first place I could think to put ya', and third" he held up three fingers, "that's none of your business." Lilith sighed. She looked down at her torn skirt. There was a neat stich lining in she realized all of the holes on her clothes were patched. She was a bit shocked but then got back on track. Thinking, she was in a very vulnerable position, between being held hostage and taking punishment from Miss Cara she honestly didn't know which was worse. "Okay, what do you want? Just let me go. I can give you anything..." she looked at the smirk on Elijahs face, then quickly added, "Anything reasonable." "Well... first, tell me thank you~" "For what?!" She struggled to have a normal conversation while being tied, being a expressive person, it made her uncomfortable not being able to use her hands, and she was also tied. "I saved you in that alley! What were you even thinking!?" For a moment, it looked like he actually cared... "No, something else, literally ANYTHING else!" "Come on~ you don't have much time, people are talking about you." He pushed the door open and walked out, turning on the TV. It was visible from the pantry. "Our famous hero has gone missing on her mission. What is going on? Is she not good enough?" A reporter was talking over the news, "apparently she was after the vil--" the TV turned off as Elijah unplugged it. He turned back and started walking up to her. She stared at the wood ground. Suddenly, he lifted her chin to face him. "Tell me you're thank you." Lilith tried to swat him away but couldn't. "You're such a b*tch." He smiled, "I know~ If you don't cooperate, I might just have to keep you here in my pantry forever~~" "Ugh, fine! Thank you for saving my life. I would have really honestly liked to be dead than in this situation, but anyway..." "Fine, that will do," he reached for the cloth to knock her out again. "No! Please, isn't there literally any other way?" "You could wear the blindfold?" "Ehh...?" "It's this or the blindfold, hun." He said, holding the cloth and pointing to the cloth around her neck. "I'll take the blindfold." He pulled it up around her eyes and started untying her legs. Then her waist and finally her arms. As soon as he did she jumped up and tried to kick at him, the blow landing at his side, there was a minor shock but it was well worth it, that time would be enough to escape... he grabbed her arm, pulling her back as she stepped one foot over the pantry. She let out an exasperated cry and let herself be dragged for a few seconds. "Goodness, violence, you are really something." He said as she tried to lift the blindfold. The villan picked up the hero and carried her like a bag of potatoes down all five flights of stairs. The same clerk was working there, and she looked up at a tall, handsome guy carrying a pretty short girl wearing a blindfold with her long red hair waving behind her as she swung around trying to get his grip off of her arm. The clerk said nothing, "almost looks like a hostage situation," she laughed to herself. I think it might be time to get some sleep. Elijah carried Lilith all the way to her "workplace" on the way they got many strange glances, but they were ignored, and the people carried on what they were doing. "Bye love~~" he said ask he took off her blindfold and placed her on the ground. She nervously entered and ran down the hallway, bumping straight into Miss Cara. He was panting, glaring at him. “You… I’ll kill you…!” He mumbled between his heavy breaths. “Good luck with that” The villain replied, leaning on the door frame with a sly smile on his lips. “The moment I catch you-“ He started, pouncing at the villain who simply moved away causing the hero to fall face first on the ground. “What’s wrong darling~? Tired already?” His voice was low and teasing. He leaned over to check the hero who was still trying to catch his breath. “A shame, quite a shame” He continued. The hero grunted as he got the force in his arms to pull himself slightly up. The villan stood upright. “Tell me when you’re done, I’ll be waiting, hun” He winked then teleported away from the hero. The hero let his arms rest falling again. “Fuck…” He whispered.
What if we had a scenario where the villain is a serious guy who just wants the world to burn and wants revenge on some traumatic past, but the hero is an unserious guy who keeps flirting with the villain and telling him to date him instead of burning the world and that he’d resolve the revenge for him. The villains pissed because the hero takes nothing seriously nor does he understand that the villain is motivated to get revenge himself. It’s only when the hero truly likes the villain and understands him that the villain begins to like the hero back.
Plot twist: the hero has an auto immune disease and they took their last dosage of medication yesterday. They’re in more agony than they’re used to and the villain only realizes after hero collapses. Or Plot twist: Hero is pregnant.

The villain stared at the hero chuckling a bit,”wow I really thought you could keep going. Guess I gave the great hero too much credit!” The hero huffed and started running at the villain again. The villain laughed as she whipped around the corner,”whoa hero! Wouldn’t want to hurt yourself would you?” The Hero yelled throwing a dagger at the villain,”SHUT UP!” The villains eyes grew wide and quickly dogged the dagger. She looked at the dagger plastering a calm look back on her face,”nice blade. Where do you get it? Dollar tree?” The Hero yelled and threw another at the villain. She wasn’t as lucky this time. The blade plunged into her left arm as the villain slowly looked at the blade analyzing it silently. The villain looked at the hero,”wow no way! I got the hero so mad that he threw a knife at me and actually hit me!” She ripped the blade out of her arm and tossed it on the ground. Her jacket sleeve slowly got coated with blood as the villain grinned,”you know! Normally people would cry out in pain! But not me! Ive had to deal with too much to react greatly to a stab wound.” The hero looked at her and her bleeding arm. The villain started walking off. The hero collapsed to the ground huffing for air. The villain looked at him through the corner of her eye,”I’m almost disappointed. Really thought you could keep going.” She walked off as the Hero pulled himself together.
-Part two- I walked down the halls silently as I listened to the heroes labored breaths. How much credit I gave him. It’s disappointing really. I stare down at my arm and shrug. Not like I’m just gonna drop to the ground and cry. That’s how you show people that you’re weak. That with the slightest touch you can be brought down. And I’m never letting anyone other to me again. I begin to smile as I hear running steps chasing me. Oh how fun it is to toy with a hero. A whip around with the blade from my arm and throw it near him,”Think about this moment before you ever decide you are better than me. Okay little disappointment?” I smile as I see fear flickering across his face. Oh how I wish I got that look more often. Sadly everyone likes to play hero. And with that I turn around and march away from the hero crying on the ground.

The villain smirked, leaning against the door frame with their arms crossed over their chest, a chuckle escaping their mouth. “Tired already? I thought a hero like you would’ve been a bit better at this~” they teased, a mocking tone to their voice. The hero scowled, breathing heavily and panting as they tried to catch their breath. “..oh, just wait till I..get my hands on you..!” they huffed.
I stand at the bottom of the building, hunched over, catching my breath. Sweat is pouring down my forehead, and I can feel it burning my eyes. I start to look up where my eyes meet those of a figure at the small door of a balcony on the third floor. His body was leaned against the open door, curtains flailing behind him, with the slight glow of a lamplight shadowing his figure. He held his posture lazily and smirked at me as he wiped the side of his lips out of habit. I rolled my eyes as he put his hands on his hips lazily. "Thought you were better than that, flower," he chuckled, smirking down at my hunched posture. I blushed furiously, who was he to call me flower? We are literally fighting tirelessly every single day, and he calls me flower...? "And I thought you were smarter than to stand at an open door right where you are..." I said, glaring at him with a slight smirk on my face. His face showed no sign of emotion, but the slight change in his stance made me aware he was unsure. "What do you mean, flower?" He smiled, eyes wary. My face goes red and I burst out, "I AM NOT YOUR FLOWER!" he laughs hands on his hips, walking to the edge of the balcony and resting his arms on it lazily, looking down at me. He stares at me intently reading my face. I straighten my lips and eyebrows trying to hide my feelings, but he keeps staring deep into my eyes. Why does he do this? "What should I call you then , love?" He smirked. "Definitely not that-" I growled, frustrated and flustered. He keeps staring at me, analyzing every little flaw and feature. I rolled my eyes and looked around him, analyzing not him, but his surroundings. If I could reach up there I could tie his arms behind his back and get him to be quiet. I stare back at him deep into his eyes. His eyes are a dark brown wirh shimmers of the brightest blue I've ever seen. His eyes glow in the little light left in the day. I suddenly finf myself shifting down his face to his lips which suddenly form into a smirk. "Wanting a bite are you flower?" He asks, eyebrow raised and cheeks slightly blushed. I smirked, "what if I do..?" I ask innocently as I raise my arms to my hips and raise an eyebrow. He gets flustered I immediately take the chance to climb the surrounding structures and make my way up to him, but om not fast enough. Before i know it I'm on the balcony and he is facing me from the buildings roof across. He seems quite tired due to his constant lazy posture and stance, or he is just flirty...hard to tell with that psycho. He laughs at me, a bright smile washing over thay stupid face of his. "Tired already?" He asks, once again leaning flirty on the fence part of the roof. "What a shame, I was looking forward to it, flower." He smirks at my once again flustered face. I catch my breath, as I'm still trying to do from the last time I chased him. "Don't you have something better to do?" I ask, "Like a job...?" "This is my job you silly little flower" he chuckled, "why, do you have some personal business to attend to?" I roll my eyes "something like that..." "Then where is it?" "Its none of your business...." i say He rolls his eyes and stares at me intently, waiting for my reply. "But if you must know...." I whisper, "I'm heading to the royal gala!" He gasps, "well well, better get ready flower because I'll be waiting for your dance ..." I gasp "absolutely not, and stop calling me that!"
I stand hunched graphing onto the sink, breathing in and out snd looking at myself. I've got this. I start to stand up straight, continuing to look into the mirror into my reflection. I suddenly notice a scar of a bullet on my left arm. I proceed to quickly cover it with concealer before grabbing my purse and heading to the door. I walk out the door to a shiny black limo, looking out of place by the dirty side walk. "Ms. Estel?" The driver asks, as he holds open the shiny door. I nod my head and proceed to sit down, picking up the bsck of my gown as I sit. On the way I watch the streets change from middle class to the rich area of town, noticing the area I fought my nemesis earlier. As we arrive at the ball,the door is held open for me. I put on my mask, and elegantly walk towards the steps, gliding from side to side in my ball gown. I hold the gown up as I walk up the shiny marble steps and towards the gold arched doorways. I am greeted by a worker who inspects me and asks my identity. "Ms. Estel, a friend of his royale highness Lukas." I say softly. The worker nods and holds upon the golden door, allowing me to walk in I stare at my surroundings, the marble Rome inspired pillars shine amd are adorned in roses. The marble steps up to the second level are decked with candles and golden finishes. I stare in awe at the glamorous painting at the top of the ceiling, as I begin to waltz into the masked crowd. I find myself grabbing a drink and conversation with whoever asks, trying to look as elegant and proper as possible. I sip on my gold adorned champagne glass as I analyze those around me. I find myself noticing military officials, and the richest men in the city. The men's daughters elegantly dance around with young men as the music plays beautiful and strong. Suddenly a man grabs me by the back of my hips and whispers in my right ear "Hello, flower." I gasp and look behind me to see a familiar face, smirking under a red and gold mask. "Hello..." I say, annoyed "how did you know it was me?" He turns me around and pulls me in close, smirking. I look away from his face as I blush, flustered. "You're quite easy to identify darling, especially with your horrible posture." He whispers. I push him back away from me "get off me." I say, "Why are you even here?" "Well, I'm a special guest" he smirks looking up at the king and queen. Suddenly the king announces a dance, and I find myself pushed into him and onto the dance floor. I stare, flustered, at the glamorous, classy women dancing with their partners. Suddenly I'm grabbed at the waist by my one, and only, nemesis. He smirks as we twirl across the dance floor. "I take it you don't want to dance" he smirks. "Absolutely not." I say rolling my eyes. He chuckles as I'm twirled " I'm not one to dance on the job" I say. He laughs out loud "that's the most emotion I've ever seen from you." I say He smirks. "Just be glad I'm dancing with you darling" he whispers tauntingly into my ear, "im quite popular with the ladies here." I sigh and roll my eyes until I fidn myself noticing the glares from other women around me. "It seems that you are." As slow as possible, the music suddenly finishes and I find myself pushing away from you. He grabs my hand elegantly and kisses it softly, saying "until next time, my flower" t z "I AM NOT YOUR FLOWER!!!" I growled back. "OK, my love" I glare back at him and roll my eyes. But suddenly, he is gone. How weird.

It holds on to one of the trees and she started swinging. Sentious Mike was in the party, ready to steal the sword of wings (It's powerful, i just imagined it in my mind. Don't blame me for making it a bit weird) But he sees Agent green and leans on the doorframe. Agent green arrived and was panting from running. "You.... Moron.." Agent green said. "What? You're tired of me, love?~ The fun hasn't started yet~" Sentious Mike said. They walked in the party, holding hands acting like they're lovers. *the hero still heavy breathing irritated at the villain, the hero try’s to walk a bit closer but stumbles only to be caught by the villains large hands, the villain sets the hero on an old chai while the hero says in a heavy voice “F!ck you..” the villains smirk grows even wider at the curse replying with “is that so love?~” irritating the hero even more, the hero tries to look for any weapon or something the hero can use to call back up, but he realizes the villain took all the hero’s weapons and all the stuff the hero can use to communicate, the hero looks back at the villain who’s arms are still crossed smirking as the villain knew the hero was looking for any weapons, the villain says “looking for something dear hero?~” he says wiggling the hero’s weapon in his hand occasionally glancing at it or playing with it which further irritates the hero, after a few minutes the hero manages to get spotted by a passing side kick and the side kick calls the other hero’s, while the hero laughs while looking at the villain and the villains smile falters slightly at the disturbance saying “guess I’ll just have to protect what’s mine even tho it’s not my job,” he says before picking the hero up and carrying the hero to a more private spot while the hero struggles to get rid of his strong grip “put me down” the hero says in a breath and the villain looks at him smirking “we’ll see about that love” the hero looks at the villain completely irritated before hearing helicopters on top of the building telling the villain to freeze as the hero’s irritated look suddenly turns into a smirk the hero says “what? Fell into a tongue twister~?” The hero easily unleashes the cuffs on the theyre hands and moves swiftly sealing the cuffs on the villains Hands while the villain still has a little smile on they’re face, the hero notices and says “what? Why are u smiling u idiot..” the villain still cuffed by the hero answers by saying “ATLEAST I’ll die by YOURE hands love~” with an irritating smirk, the hero looks at the hero not wanting to hand the villain to the police knowing the police will kill the villain, First edit! Nola stops for a breath after she has been trying to catch the mafia's son all day. This is one of the hardest missions she has ever had, to assasin the mafia boss. She has thought of ways to kill the boss but kidnapping his son seemed like the best and the easiest one. At least she thought. As she was standing there catching her breath she was thinking how thankful she was for the mask and suit that she was wearing to be breathable. But her thoughts were quickly interrupted by a voice. "Aww looks like the little cutie is already tired", a voice said from over in the doorway. The voice sounded familiar but she can't quite put from where. When she looked over at the doorway she saw the mafia's son leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed. He was just smirking at her. She noticed that he was wearing a masquerade mask to conceal his identity, which is weird to her. "Are you so out of breath dear because I took it away", he says in a flirtatious way. She looked at him annoyed and glared "no you did not you little prick", she says in an annoyed tone as she has finally caught her breath. She walks over to him annoyed but also happy that he has stopped running. I can finally catch him is all she thinks to herself. I did smth similar to this at the beginning of this year, all the popular girls have this huge crush on one dude but everyone knows he has a crush on me (a not popular, education focused girl) I am pretty mean towards the guys in my level if they try to do anything, mainly because I’m not interested but everyone knows that except this dude. One day he was flirting with me while I was working and the popular girls began watching. A few of the girls had been pretty mean to me and I was in a pretty petty mood. The hero ignores his comment and forces him down to the ground. Police sirens blare in the distant. “Shit” the villain mumbles to himself. He rolls out of the hero’s grips and stands up. “This was a nice dance, but sadly playtimes over” the villain says. The hero rushes towards the villain in an attempt to tackle him but just as the hero is inches from him the villain winks and dives off the building. He rolls down onto the hard cement ground and stands up running away with a smirk. He looks up at the hero once more as she stands shocked on top of the building. Hero’s POV I slam my fist down angrily on my table. Every time I got close to the villain he would escape! I needed to try a different approach. There was an upcoming event for all the elite villains. If I could disguise myself to be one of them I could sneak in and get my guy. He was assigned to me by the officials at my agency meaning it didn’t matter about all the other villains that would be attending. It only mattered to get him. I decided my best move was to announce my plan to the head of the officials. Dr.Maverick Luther. He had a lot of connections and he if he agreed to my plan I would be able to get into the party easily. The only problem was he didn’t take much of a liking to me. He was a grouchy and stern 50 year old man who was sadly my boss. He was upset over the fact I had been chasing this particular villain for months and still hadn’t been able to catch him. So he wasn’t really in the mood to make deals with me, but I still had to try. I nervously walked to his office. If this didn’t work than I don’t know what would. I knocked on his office door. He took a while to open the door but he eventually did. He instantly looked annoyed when he say it was me. “Yes? Agent Stello” he said. “I have an idea in order to get through with my mission” I replied. Dr. Maverick reluctantly widened the door, allowing me inside. He sat in his chair across from me, motioning for me to take a seat. I pulled out the large grey chair and sat down. “Amuse me” he said. “If I can get to this exclusive event for elite villains, then I’ll be able to get closer to my villain and having him arrested by the end of the night” I said. Running wasn't really enjoyable, but it was even worse when she had five inch heels and a dress on. She pulled out a tool from inside her dress and shot it. It shot out a rope that attached to the balcony of the building next door. She swung from it and landed on the next roof, her shoes clacking on the ground. She fell to the ground trying to catch her breath and she wiped sweat from her forehead. She saw him come out from behind a corner with his hands in his pockets, looking as though he just got finished getting ready, not a hair out of place. She hated that she thought he looked good.
"Aww, tired already? I was hoping we would have a little more fun." He said, mockingly, though she couldn't help but notice a hint of worry flash on his face.
"What are you playing at, Agent? Plan to drag me to some underground cellar where your men can torture me to their heart's content?" She rolled her eyes as she moved a strand of hair away from her face.
"Where would the fun be in that? If I i were to do something like that, I'd prefer to have you all to myself, love." He said, as he crouched down to face her, putting his knife under her chin.
"Is that so?" She instantly grabbed his wrist, which she couldn't even put her fingers all the way around. She twisted his arm and locked it behind his back.
"You will tell me where the files are hidden, and you will tell me now." She tried her best to hide how flustered she felt after he said that.
"Really? You wanna play it rough? It's okay. I'm sure you like it rough." He smirked at her.
"Shut up! You-" Suddenly, they heard the sounds of police sirens. "Shit!"
"Aww, they cut our time together short. How tragic." He gave her that stupid smirk she hated once again. He grabbed her arm from behind and trapped her in his arms, her back against the balcony railing.
"Well, i guess I'll see you next time, my love." She looked away from him, but he immediately grabbed her chin and gently made her face him, anger flashing across her face. He gave her a kiss on the forehead and let her go.

"That absolute asshole." She said to herself. She then let out a snicker and ziplined away herself, as the the red and blue lights snapped her out of her daydream.

*The next day*
She is at her headquarters, this time wearing a simple black outfit with a leather jacket. She stands up as her senior walks in.
"Ma'am." She says firmly.
"Ah, yes, Agent Black. I presume the mission went smoothly?"
"Err.. about that, ma'am..."
"Let me guess. You failed to capture Agent Star once again?"
"I apologize, ma'am. I wasn't quick enough, it was my fault. I assure you I tried my be-"
Her senior raised her hand as a way to let her know to be quiet.
"It's okay, Agent Black. I can understand." Agent Black bowed her head. "Though, I'm not sure how much longer I'll understand. Agent Star is one of the best agents in the business, which isn't exactly doing wonders for us. But I must advise you to capture him as soon as possible."
"Yes, ma'am. I understand. I'll do my best."
"I expect nothing less from you." She smiled at Agent Black and left. Black let out a sigh and sloped down on her chair.
"So, tonight, a grand banquet will be held, where your target is gonna be. His name is Sir William. Typical." Said Junia, one of Agent Black's friends at headquarters.
"Sir William? Really? Isn't he like one of the richest politicians in the world? Why do I have to go after him?"
"Two reasons. One, Agent Star is gonna be there. Two, we suspect they're working together. It's ok, Mari. You'll be fine! You're the best agent we've got." Junia smiled. "Oh, I gotta go. Duty calls! Bye!" Marina nodded at her and smiled.
"Well, time to go pick out another dress."
Fast forward to the evening.
Marina looked absolutely stunning, as one might say. She wore a black dress with a big white bow upon it right above where the slit of the dress was. She wore a big feather boa and a matching hat.
"Name?" Asked the security guard outside the venue.
"Charlotte North." She flashed him a charming smile.
The guard skimmed through his list for a second. "Proceed, ma'am." He gestured towards the door.
She gave a slight nod and walked ever so elegantly inside

She walked into an enormous hall with gold beams at every one of the four corners. It had marble walls and flooring, with a ginormous chandelier at the ceiling, adorned with the finest details and made from the most delicate looking glass. She walked towards the big table in the middle of the hall, which had all sorts of hors d'oeuvres laid out on it. She scanned the room for her target, amongst the many designer clothes wearing people in that hall. She finally laid eyes on him, her glasses zooming in on his face and verifying that it was indeed, Sir William.
"There you are. Come to mama." She whispered under her breath as she started to make her way towards him. Suddenly, she bumped into a man wearing a suit who stopped in front of her.
"Oh!" She said, rubbing her nose. "Excuse me? Please look where you-" She looked up at him. He was wearing a masquerade mask, but anyone could recognize that face. "You."
"Ah, for a second I thought you forgot me." He smirked at her.
"How could anyone forget someone like YOU?" She remarked.
"Oh, please, I'm flattered. You look like I've been on your mind."
"Yes, you have. I've been thinking of every possible way to kill you." She got really close and gave him a death stare.
"Well, positive or not, I'm glad I was on your mind, love. I've missed you, too." He winked. Suddenly they heard music start playing and people beginning to pair up with others. "Ah, yes the dance! I was looking forward to this part!"
"Wha-?" He pulled her in by the waist with his right hand and took her right hand with his left. "I never agreed to dance with you." She said quietly, so that no one could hear them.
"You don't seem to be against it either, darling." He glanced over at her left hand resting on his shoulder.
"Enjoy it while you can." She glared at him.
"Oh, don't worry, darling. I am." He smirked.
PART 4 FINALLYYY ENJOY I GUESS LOL 😭🙏
"Your flirty remarks aren't getting you anywhere." She said coldly, hiding the fact that they actually were.
"I guess I'll have to try harder then." He chuckled softly.
"Why are you trying to get closer to me? Might I remind you that we're very much enemies?"
"I can't just get you out of my head like that. It's not that easy when you look like that all the time, you know."
She tried her best not to, but ended up blushing crimson red. "Aww, are you blushing? Isn't that adorable! You're very cute, you know." She managed to make eye contact with him but couldn't help but notice a hint of genuineness in his words.
"I'm flattered you think of me that way, but I'm not blushing. It's just my makeup. Obviously." She rolled her eyes.
"Mmm, of course." He chuckled. They kept dancing and he dipped her as the music swelled. The whole room of people danced in perfect sync. He lifted her up in the air as did everyone else. Soon, the music ended. They stood there for a bit, in the same position, staring at each other. There were just inches in between them.
"Stop! No!" She let go of him, snapping back to her senses. He gave a look of shock and knitted his eyebrows. "I...have to go." She said, as she took off into a corner behind a wall, which lead to the ladies room. She hunched over the sink. "No, no, no, no. This can't be happening. No!" She stared at her reflection in the mirror. "No! Snap out of it! It was just a one night thing. There's NO WAY way your heart just fluttered." She took deep breaths and left the bathroom. When she came out, she didn't see him anywhere. "Ah, shit."
She decided to make her way to Sir William and focused on what she was here to do. Capture him and bring him back to HQ. It'll be fine, she's done this loads of times. She grabbed a glass of champagne swiftly from a waiter passing by, who was one of her colleagues. She was told he'd be there to give her the glass. She swished the champagne around in the glass and walked over to Sir William.
"Sir William! Pleased to make your acquaintance." She gave him a slight bow. He was a short, fat and bald man with a mustache bigger than his heart.
"Mm, yes. And who might you be, young lady?" Marina instantly caught his face get redder as he saw her and she tried her best to hide her disgust.
"Charlotte North, sir. A pleasure." She flashed him a fake smile.
"Ahh, I've heard of you. You're the designer of my second wife's wedding dress! You're very well known in my world, you know! You should be honored that even people like us know about people like you." He gave her a laugh that sounded exactly like a kettle going off. She clenched her jaw. Even if she wasn't *really* Charlotte North, that still hurt.
"It is an honor, sir! I saw your wedding in the newspaper and was overcome with joy that someone like you would want a dress from ME." She gave an elegant laugh. He didn't even get a chance to respond to that hidden shade before she interrupted him. "Champagne?" She gestured the glass towards him.
"Why, i- actually, I would enjoy that." He took the glass from her and was about to take a sip. She watched in suspense. Moving.. moving.. drinking.. Wait. He didn't drink the champagne.

*PART ONE*
The hero desperately tries to catch their breath, hunched over as they hear the villain laugh, something in between mockery and amusement or the latter. “What’s the matter, hm?” The villain taunted. “Are you tired, darling?” The hero, still trying to catch their breath, looks up at the villain with a glare. “I swear, I’m going to kill you.” The villain smirked, leaning against the doorway. “You can’t even catch me. I’m quite disappointed, dear - I thought you had more… stamina, in you.”
After what felt like an eternity, the hero finally caught their breath, now standing upright. The villain stopped leaning against the doorway. “I’m going to kill you.” the hero said, reaching out to grab the villain, only for the villain to back away with a wink. “You’ll have to catch me first, darling.”
And then they (villain) started running again. With a sigh, the hero started to chase after them again.
*PART TWO*
It really wasn’t his (hero) fault - running just really wasn’t his strong suit. Hence, the hero now being interviewed the next day for failing to catch the villain. “So,” the interviewer piped up, “did you manage to catch the villain?” The hero knew damn well that they (interviewer) knew that he wasn’t able to catch him (villain). “Sadly, I wasn’t able to get him,” the hero replied, resisting the urge to absolutely punch the interviewer, “but I will catch him.”
The interviewer smiled, but it seemed more mocking than reassuring. “I’ve been meaning to ask: why do you keep letting the villain get away? I mean, it’s not like you have bad stamina, right? You’re a hero.” Okay, now they were pushing it. The staff gestured to wrap it up, and the interviewer did. The hero didn’t want to stay there any longer, so he stormed out without a word.
When the hero woke up the next morning, he decided to turn on the TV, for no specific reason. He was going to turn the TV off - until he got to the news channel. It was that same interviewer from the other day, the one that mocked him (hero).
The interviewer was hanging upside down, tears attempting to fall with the initials “K. A.” written boldly in blood, with a paper attached to their body using a staple. The paper read; “Try to catch me, darling. - K.A.” It was the villain? Why would he do that..?? The hero almost felt bad, and almost went there to go and try to catch the villain. Maybe this was an exception.

The villain's voice. That sickly sweet sound, scratching the eardrums like a cat scratches the newly-bought furniture, with the ever-present smugness in his tone only further highlighting his infinite ego which- giving the situation- was being fed each breath the hero took, in a pathetic attempt to regain composure and continue the chase.
"Shut... shut up" The hero's body trembled under its own weight, his breath shaky and unsteady. "I'm.. I'm gonna.. Get you after i.. catch my breath, you dick."
"Wow, I'm just trembling in my boots." An amused scoff escaped the villain's mouth. How truly.. mortal he was, the hero. Perhaps their encounters were the only thing reminding the villain just how different he was from those twigs with stamina of a toothpick- but, honestly, as long as it made him feel better about himself, it didn't matter how long it took the hero to resurrect his breath from the dead.
ANYWAY I WAS BOREDnd
I'm not the greatest writer, but bare with me here:
Sweat poured down her brow. As she heaved deep breaths, panting, her chest rose up in down for at least twenty beats. The villian said something,
"Aw... hun, is someone out of breath?" He smiled, mocking her, then leaned against the doorway.
"Shut the h*ll up Elijah." The hero stood up facing the villan, his hair was done and his suit was neat and clean as if he'd just come home from a relaxing stroll in the park, the hero froze, "gosh damn he's hot" she thought "No! Ewww! Stop that, Lilith! You're on a mission!"
She was wearing a formal suit and skirt, both of which were, of course, black. The suit was rinkled and messy. The skirt was even worse. She looked at it, needing to stare at something other than Elijah's beautiful cold gaze. "How did that tear even get there?" She thought, pulling at it, oh wait, I remember...
An hour ago:
She was casing after him, and he ran through the park. Jumping over hedges and bushes, one of those was a thorn bush. And though Lilith was good at technology and most combat, she wasn't good at jumping over large thorn bushes.
With a sigh, she let go of the torn fabric and looked up at the villain.
Elijah looked back at her. "You look tired, Lilith~" he said it tenderly, "Bet ya' can't catch me~~" He winked at her as he jumped through and out of the window.
Lilith gasped, holding her hands to her mouth. The shock lasted about five seconds as she then exclaimed, "Wait, no!" The hero ran over to where the villan had just jumped looking down the thirty foot story building, "Oh gosh, oh gosh, oh gosh... oh no, Miss Cara will punish me. She will be so mad." Lilith panicked, searching the area of anything to purse him (villan) with.
"Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t!" She ran down the stairs and out through the door, the stairs were easier to run downwards on, so she relaxed a bit.
Finally, on the street, she looked around. These streets were littered with dangerous people, gangs and fights would often play out during the evening when everyone else would scrambe off the streets. As expected, the only other people around were those running home. She looked up at the sky, night was entering, and the moon was rising, a beautiful full moon. She saw a glimpse of a figure flying through the air on a nearby building, keeping her eyes up to her target she ran. The hero was almost there, tired, but this would be worth it when suddenly...
Lilith ran into a dead end, a pretty dark valley. She didn’t have much gear on her but did do extensive combat training. She tensed and looked around in the alley. The hero saw a person standing in the shadow, fully expecting the figure to be the villain.
"Hey there, little girl~ isn’t it dangerous to go outside alone, especially tonight?" Said a huge man. He came out of the darkness and loomed over her, smiling mischievously.
"No! I'm not a little girl, and I have places to be. Leave me alone!" The hero exclaimed, looking around, ten others circled around her.
"Now!" Someone screamed.
The giant man grabbed Lilith as she struggled to resist. She quickly learned that the combat training didn't work on someone ten times your size.
"Get off of me! Let go!" Lilith screamed, terror flooding her head, "Let me go!"
Suddenly, someone knocked out the man holding her, and he landed on Lilith, taking her breath away. She gasped, struggling to crawl out. The hero turned to look around at the ten other guys, but they were all knocked out, too.
"Wha--?"
The villan jumped in front of her, lifting her up to carry her in his arms. He started sprinting.
"Not you!" Lilith yelled.
"Shhh, I just saved your life hun, can't I get a thank you?"
Hearing no reply, he asked again, playfully, "say thank you~"
"Put me down!"
He reached a hotel running in, the clerk was about to say something but changed her mind when she saw the villans face, it was cold and dark. He ran up to the last floor, opening the door and turning on the light.
"I can walk, you know!"
"But can you run?"
Flustered, the hero fell silent, and Elijah (villan) chuckled.
Lilith inspected his room, trying to find the stolen possessions.
"Now, now, you can't know all my secrets darlin' good night~"
He pressed a cloth to her face as she was about to object, taking a deep breath and falling unconscious.
PART TWO AT 10 LIKES---------------------------------------------------------------
Lilith woke up and looked around. All she could see was darkness. She soon realized it was a blindfold. The hero tried to lift her arms and legs but quickly figured out she was bound at the wrists, waist, and legs. "Great, just great." She thought.
Lilith decided the best course of action would be to take the blindfold off, so she lifted her shoulder to her inclined head, pulling at the blindfold. A few minutes of struggling later, she managed to get it resting on her neck. Now she looked around. She was sitting on a chair in a... pantry?! "What the heck?" She thought, looking at boxes of crackers, snacks, and utilities. "Gotta get myself out of here..." The hero tried pulling at the ropes, but they were expertly tied. Suddenly, she heard footsteps. The TV was turned on. Apparently, there was some commotion. Then, suddenly, the TV was turned off, footsteps came and got louder and louder until the pantry door was unlocked. The villan stepped inside.
"Oh, hello there, love! Just woke up?"
"What time is it?! Why am I in a pantry? Why is the only thing in your pantry pop tarts and cereal!?"
"Woah, woah, let slow down hun" he leaned on the doorframe, looking at Lilith, "First, it's the late morning or early afternoon," he held up two fingers, "second, the first place I could think to put ya', and third" he held up three fingers, "that's none of your business."
Lilith sighed. She looked down at her torn skirt. There was a neat stich lining in she realized all of the holes on her clothes were patched. She was a bit shocked but then got back on track. Thinking, she was in a very vulnerable position, between being held hostage and taking punishment from Miss Cara she honestly didn't know which was worse. "Okay, what do you want? Just let me go. I can give you anything..." she looked at the smirk on Elijahs face, then quickly added, "Anything reasonable."
"Well... first, tell me thank you~"
"For what?!" She struggled to have a normal conversation while being tied, being a expressive person, it made her uncomfortable not being able to use her hands, and she was also tied.
"I saved you in that alley! What were you even thinking!?" For a moment, it looked like he actually cared...
"No, something else, literally ANYTHING else!"
"Come on~ you don't have much time, people are talking about you." He pushed the door open and walked out, turning on the TV. It was visible from the pantry.
"Our famous hero has gone missing on her mission. What is going on? Is she not good enough?" A reporter was talking over the news, "apparently she was after the vil--" the TV turned off as Elijah unplugged it. He turned back and started walking up to her. She stared at the wood ground. Suddenly, he lifted her chin to face him. "Tell me you're thank you."
Lilith tried to swat him away but couldn't. "You're such a b*tch."
He smiled, "I know~ If you don't cooperate, I might just have to keep you here in my pantry forever~~"
"Ugh, fine! Thank you for saving my life. I would have really honestly liked to be dead than in this situation, but anyway..."
"Fine, that will do," he reached for the cloth to knock her out again.
"No! Please, isn't there literally any other way?"
"You could wear the blindfold?"
"Ehh...?"
"It's this or the blindfold, hun." He said, holding the cloth and pointing to the cloth around her neck.
"I'll take the blindfold."
He pulled it up around her eyes and started untying her legs. Then her waist and finally her arms. As soon as he did she jumped up and tried to kick at him, the blow landing at his side, there was a minor shock but it was well worth it, that time would be enough to escape... he grabbed her arm, pulling her back as she stepped one foot over the pantry. She let out an exasperated cry and let herself be dragged for a few seconds. "Goodness, violence, you are really something." He said as she tried to lift the blindfold.
The villan picked up the hero and carried her like a bag of potatoes down all five flights of stairs. The same clerk was working there, and she looked up at a tall, handsome guy carrying a pretty short girl wearing a blindfold with her long red hair waving behind her as she swung around trying to get his grip off of her arm. The clerk said nothing, "almost looks like a hostage situation," she laughed to herself. I think it might be time to get some sleep.
Elijah carried Lilith all the way to her "workplace" on the way they got many strange glances, but they were ignored, and the people carried on what they were doing.
"Bye love~~" he said ask he took off her blindfold and placed her on the ground.
She nervously entered and ran down the hallway, bumping straight into Miss Cara.

“A shame, quite a shame” He continued. The hero grunted as he got the force in his arms to pull himself slightly up. The villan stood upright.
“Tell me when you’re done, I’ll be waiting, hun” He winked then teleported away from the hero. The hero let his arms rest falling again.
“Fuck…” He whispered.

What if we had a scenario where the villain is a serious guy who just wants the world to burn and wants revenge on some traumatic past, but the hero is an unserious guy who keeps flirting with the villain and telling him to date him instead of burning the world and that he’d resolve the revenge for him. The villains pissed because the hero takes nothing seriously nor does he understand that the villain is motivated to get revenge himself. It’s only when the hero truly likes the villain and understands him that the villain begins to like the hero back.

Her jacket sleeve slowly got coated with blood as the villain grinned,”you know! Normally people would cry out in pain! But not me! Ive had to deal with too much to react greatly to a stab wound.” The hero looked at her and her bleeding arm. The villain started walking off. The hero collapsed to the ground huffing for air. The villain looked at him through the corner of her eye,”I’m almost disappointed. Really thought you could keep going.” She walked off as the Hero pulled himself together.

I stand at the bottom of the building, hunched over, catching my breath. Sweat is pouring down my forehead, and I can feel it burning my eyes. I start to look up where my eyes meet those of a figure at the small door of a balcony on the third floor.
His body was leaned against the open door, curtains flailing behind him, with the slight glow of a lamplight shadowing his figure. He held his posture lazily and smirked at me as he wiped the side of his lips out of habit.
I rolled my eyes as he put his hands on his hips lazily. "Thought you were better than that, flower," he chuckled, smirking down at my hunched posture. I blushed furiously, who was he to call me flower? We are literally fighting tirelessly every single day, and he calls me flower...?
"And I thought you were smarter than to stand at an open door right where you are..." I said, glaring at him with a slight smirk on my face. His face showed no sign of emotion, but the slight change in his stance made me aware he was unsure. "What do you mean, flower?" He smiled, eyes wary. My face goes red and I burst out, "I AM NOT YOUR FLOWER!" he laughs hands on his hips, walking to the edge of the balcony and resting his arms on it lazily, looking down at me. He stares at me intently reading my face. I straighten my lips and eyebrows trying to hide my feelings, but he keeps staring deep into my eyes. Why does he do this?
"What should I call you then , love?" He smirked. "Definitely not that-" I growled, frustrated and flustered. He keeps staring at me, analyzing every little flaw and feature. I rolled my eyes and looked around him, analyzing not him, but his surroundings. If I could reach up there I could tie his arms behind his back and get him to be quiet.
I stare back at him deep into his eyes. His eyes are a dark brown wirh shimmers of the brightest blue I've ever seen. His eyes glow in the little light left in the day. I suddenly finf myself shifting down his face to his lips which suddenly form into a smirk.
"Wanting a bite are you flower?" He asks, eyebrow raised and cheeks slightly blushed. I smirked, "what if I do..?" I ask innocently as I raise my arms to my hips and raise an eyebrow. He gets flustered
I immediately take the chance to climb the surrounding structures and make my way up to him, but om not fast enough. Before i know it I'm on the balcony and he is facing me from the buildings roof across.
He seems quite tired due to his constant lazy posture and stance, or he is just flirty...hard to tell with that psycho. He laughs at me, a bright smile washing over thay stupid face of his. "Tired already?" He asks, once again leaning flirty on the fence part of the roof. "What a shame, I was looking forward to it, flower." He smirks at my once again flustered face. I catch my breath, as I'm still trying to do from the last time I chased him. "Don't you have something better to do?" I ask, "Like a job...?"
"This is my job you silly little flower" he chuckled, "why, do you have some personal business to attend to?"

I stand hunched graphing onto the sink, breathing in and out snd looking at myself. I've got this. I start to stand up straight, continuing to look into the mirror into my reflection. I suddenly notice a scar of a bullet on my left arm. I proceed to quickly cover it with concealer before grabbing my purse and heading to the door.
I walk out the door to a shiny black limo, looking out of place by the dirty side walk. "Ms. Estel?" The driver asks, as he holds open the shiny door. I nod my head and proceed to sit down, picking up the bsck of my gown as I sit.
On the way I watch the streets change from middle class to the rich area of town, noticing the area I fought my nemesis earlier.
As we arrive at the ball,the door is held open for me. I put on my mask, and elegantly walk towards the steps, gliding from side to side in my ball gown. I hold the gown up as I walk up the shiny marble steps and towards the gold arched doorways. I am greeted by a worker who inspects me and asks my identity. "Ms. Estel, a friend of his royale highness Lukas." I say softly. The worker nods and holds upon the golden door, allowing me to walk in
I stare at my surroundings, the marble Rome inspired pillars shine amd are adorned in roses. The marble steps up to the second level are decked with candles and golden finishes. I stare in awe at the glamorous painting at the top of the ceiling, as I begin to waltz into the masked crowd.
I find myself grabbing a drink and conversation with whoever asks, trying to look as elegant and proper as possible. I sip on my gold adorned champagne glass as I analyze those around me. I find myself noticing military officials, and the richest men in the city. The men's daughters elegantly dance around with young men as the music plays beautiful and strong.
Suddenly a man grabs me by the back of my hips and whispers in my right ear "Hello, flower." I gasp and look behind me to see a familiar face, smirking under a red and gold mask. "Hello..." I say, annoyed "how did you know it was me?"
He turns me around and pulls me in close, smirking. I look away from his face as I blush, flustered. "You're quite easy to identify darling, especially with your horrible posture." He whispers. I push him back away from me "get off me." I say, "Why are you even here?"

I sigh and roll my eyes until I fidn myself noticing the glares from other women around me. "It seems that you are."

*the hero still heavy breathing irritated at the villain, the hero try’s to walk a bit closer but stumbles only to be caught by the villains large hands, the villain sets the hero on an old chai while the hero says in a heavy voice “F!ck you..” the villains smirk grows even wider at the curse replying with “is that so love?~” irritating the hero even more, the hero tries to look for any weapon or something the hero can use to call back up, but he realizes the villain took all the hero’s weapons and all the stuff the hero can use to communicate, the hero looks back at the villain who’s arms are still crossed smirking as the villain knew the hero was looking for any weapons, the villain says “looking for something dear hero?~” he says wiggling the hero’s weapon in his hand occasionally glancing at it or playing with it which further irritates the hero, after a few minutes the hero manages to get spotted by a passing side kick and the side kick calls the other hero’s, while the hero laughs while looking at the villain and the villains smile falters slightly at the disturbance saying “guess I’ll just have to protect what’s mine even tho it’s not my job,” he says before picking the hero up and carrying the hero to a more private spot while the hero struggles to get rid of his strong grip “put me down” the hero says in a breath and the villain looks at him smirking “we’ll see about that love” the hero looks at the villain completely irritated before hearing helicopters on top of the building telling the villain to freeze as the hero’s irritated look suddenly turns into a smirk the hero says “what? Fell into a tongue twister~?” The hero easily unleashes the cuffs on the theyre hands and moves swiftly sealing the cuffs on the villains Hands while the villain still has a little smile on they’re face, the hero notices and says “what? Why are u smiling u idiot..” the villain still cuffed by the hero answers by saying “ATLEAST I’ll die by YOURE hands love~” with an irritating smirk, the hero looks at the hero not wanting to hand the villain to the police knowing the police will kill the villain,

Nola stops for a breath after she has been trying to catch the mafia's son all day. This is one of the hardest missions she has ever had, to assasin the mafia boss. She has thought of ways to kill the boss but kidnapping his son seemed like the best and the easiest one. At least she thought. As she was standing there catching her breath she was thinking how thankful she was for the mask and suit that she was wearing to be breathable. But her thoughts were quickly interrupted by a voice. "Aww looks like the little cutie is already tired", a voice said from over in the doorway. The voice sounded familiar but she can't quite put from where. When she looked over at the doorway she saw the mafia's son leaning against the doorframe with his arms crossed. He was just smirking at her. She noticed that he was wearing a masquerade mask to conceal his identity, which is weird to her. "Are you so out of breath dear because I took it away", he says in a flirtatious way. She looked at him annoyed and glared "no you did not you little prick", she says in an annoyed tone as she has finally caught her breath. She walks over to him annoyed but also happy that he has stopped running. I can finally catch him is all she thinks to herself. "My my your shorter than I thought darling", he says as he looks down at her since she walked right in front of him. As he was looking down at her all he could see was her eyes since the rest of her face was covered by a mask and a hood. Why do those eyes look familiar he thought to himself. "I might be shorter than you but i am -", before she could finish the mafia's son cut her off "do I know you?" He asked as he was still staring into her eyes.

A tug came on her lips
" Just admit I am always on your mind." She says in a teasing manner

He tries getting up once more

"Out of breath, are we?" the villain asks with a smirk. The hero rolls her eyes in frustration, regaining her composure. "You know I can do far more pleasurable things that'll make you out of breath," the villain says, a hint of flirtation in their eyes.
The hero frustratedly walks towards the villain, twisting his arms behind his back and pinning him down. “ooh rough, I like it” the villains says with a sadistic smirk. The hero ignores his comment and forces him down to the ground. Police sirens blare in the distant. “Shit” the villain mumbles to himself.
He rolls out of the hero’s grips and stands up. “This was a nice dance, but sadly playtimes over” the villain says. The hero rushes towards the villain in an attempt to tackle him but just as the hero is inches from him the villain winks and dives off the building.
He rolls down onto the hard cement ground and stands up running away with a smirk. He looks up at the hero once more as she stands shocked on top of the building.
Hero’s POV
I slam my fist down angrily on my table. Every time I got close to the villain he would escape! I needed to try a different approach.
There was an upcoming event for all the elite villains. If I could disguise myself to be one of them I could sneak in and get my guy. He was assigned to me by the officials at my agency meaning it didn’t matter about all the other villains that would be attending. It only mattered to get him.
I decided my best move was to announce my plan to the head of the officials. Dr.Maverick Luther. He had a lot of connections and he if he agreed to my plan I would be able to get into the party easily. The only problem was he didn’t take much of a liking to me.
He was a grouchy and stern 50 year old man who was sadly my boss. He was upset over the fact I had been chasing this particular villain for months and still hadn’t been able to catch him. So he wasn’t really in the mood to make deals with me, but I still had to try.
I nervously walked to his office. If this didn’t work than I don’t know what would. I knocked on his office door. He took a while to open the door but he eventually did. He instantly looked annoyed when he say it was me. “Yes? Agent Stello” he said. “I have an idea in order to get through with my mission” I replied. Dr. Maverick reluctantly widened the door, allowing me inside.
He sat in his chair across from me, motioning for me to take a seat. I pulled out the large grey chair and sat down. “Amuse me” he said. “If I can get to this exclusive event for elite villains, then I’ll be able to get closer to my villain and having him arrested by the end of the night” I said. (Stopping right here for now)
