I found a niche for the channel. But, most of my subs don’t watch my new dirtbike content. Them boys are all about them trucks. It’s all good. Just curious, did you search for this or TH-cam recommended it? 😆
The plastic is solid Acerbis or UFO quality. It is the exact same shape as the 2024 CRF450 or CRF250. You will be amazed how badass your older CR bike looks in person. I’ll go home and check who makes the plastic and tell you Larry.

Twisted development uses it in the race bikes like Carson Brown. It’s ain’t cheap but smells very competitive. That’s why I run it. Probably won’t buy anymore because it is $43 a gallon. C12 works great too. 😂
@Newmyyy I did get five more gallons of the MRX02 last week. Great fuel I had to richen the Lectron quite a bit for it. I got some updates coming for this Honda so stay tuned. Late night in the garage.
You’re better off with a defined gap so the plastics don’t chafe against each other. A better goal would be making the gap uniform along its length with the other parts.
What year is the bike? You should edit the title “ Fixing up my 20xx Honda CR250…” Not that hard to include the year of the bike right? Or at least put it in the description?

Have you checked or corrected the carb boot to airbox interface for proper sealing? These year CRs have a weakness there.
Yes, this has the aluminum ring against the air boot at bolts to the airbox
