These transitions actually give the song some nice rhythm I really like it. 5/4 for three bars, one bar of 6/4, three bars of 5/4 again, one bar 6/4 rest is 4/4 until the intro plays again, where it goes to 5/4. A very interesting switch and a switch I found a bit hard to play on the guitar at first
I love the drumming in this song, especially the intro and hook parts, 5/4, 6/4 and 4/4 all together create a really interesting sound. In 5/4 or any odd time signature, it almost sounds like you’re falling into the next measure.

@@bloodborned i guess the floating feel is come from the suppression of the bass? the beat of the floating feel is similar to the beat of bass, so because the bass is load it cover some of the guitar and causing this
The time signatures in this song is very interesting
Yup, alternating between 5/4, 6/4 and 4/4 is an interesting combination
the composer for this song is Ikkyu Nakajima from math rock band tricot, their stuff is great
@@selob8825didn’t know it was him, makes sense

not a expert at music, I'm wondering is it normal for kitas guitar to sound so dreamy?
no, because it is hard to to isolate the tracks
