Or they say things like my young daughter has cancer and is going to die if we don’t get the medication and the help she needs. These scumbags even have their children holding signs on the corner saying I’m going to die. If I don’t get an operation, please help me I don’t want to die. These people are lowlife scum, and it should be illegal to hand them anything. We can’t feed wild animals without threat of Fines or jail time, and it should be the same with beggars.
