The logos, commercials, and/or (most) videos uploaded to this channel aren't owned by me, or us, or whatever. They are being uploaded for preservation and entertainment purposes only. The money I get from these videos helps me and the channel with more content for you people...oh wait I can't make money because Freedom unlinked me. pfft.
You just don’t see commercials like this anymore…wish I could go back in time to my childhood.
I keep waiting for the show to start, then I remember oh yeah I am just watching the commercials.....Bahaha! 🤣🤪
These breaks aired on WTVD-TV in the Triangle Region of North Carolina between June 25 and June 26 of 1984. The 1984-85 season would be its last as a CBS affiliate; it became an O&O of ABC on August 4, 1985.
These are so great for time traveling. Thank you so much for putting these together.

The program "Valley of the Dolls" was in 1981, but not the commercials. This particular airing was from around 1983-84 because of the CBS' "We've Got The Touch '83" campaign.
I feel like I am in the future when I watch these...
It is required by nostalgic law that every kid who grew up in the New York media market during the 1980s and 1990s knew both the Milford Plaza and Mount Airy Lodge jingles. I love that kids in the Carolinas got to experience a little bit of our very New York childhoods!
This is so cool, thanks so much 💯

THIS WAS THE YEAR I GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL. WHAT A WONDERFUL YEAR.
I love Jean Nate After Bath Splash commercials even in 1984 with actress Mary Louise Weller.
Luzianne Tea (With The Legendary Burl Ives)
Ban de Soleil came in SPF 2 to SPF 8. Why even bother using it? Brigitte Bardot's discoloured, leathery skin is the result of spending most of her younger years in pursuit of "the San Tropez tan".
Dick Van Dyke for Hunt's Barbecue Sauce @
43 bucks a person for a hotel stay in ‘84. Too much.
It's Loreal...but I'm not worth it!
Lisa Hartman in Valley of the Dolls. Great actress
