@@anonymous3437 as you know current lance 1st skill, if you hit 3 target only 1 will get mark, so it was easier to increase his passive, old lance if you hit 3 target at once, all of them will got marked so when casting 1st skill you need to make sure to only hit one
I miss old lance kinda tricky but can burst enemy for just using just 3 dash and second and kill the target but this fking moontoon buffed him and they nerf the second skill and mana cost.

Between OG Lance, Old Lance and New Lance. OG Lance more towards 1v1 assassin like Hayabusa but more dashing, Old Lance and New Lance are same which is more towards Team Fight. But Old Lance was need more of Skill of Memorize & Sight bc the Old Lance need to remember & carefully see which creep has the 1st skill mark than New Lance. But Old and OG Lance were way more fun to play than New Lance

Not all revamps are making heroes "revamped" or strong. Some of them are balanced or nerfed and the best example here is Lancelot and you'll know what i'm talking about if you're using the OG Lancelot. OG Natalia is scary too because of her 2 seconds silence to enemy and 5 seconds full invisibility.
The hero revamps are mostly to make newbie people can control them easier. I know it can be a mess up for old players like even old players claim old Vexana was better in term of DPS and CC. And who knows about Akai when it's very rare to have him become miracle for RRQ and disaster for Alter Ego to lost their champion title because old Akai is not truly meta compared to nowadays being priority pick/bans...

Variety is talented, but unfortunately they had their reason to drop him out. Roster swap is really normal but he is still remember in our heart although hes not in the pro scene anymore 😢

I don't know what it is but old lance seems faster and smoother to use than now. lance's new walking animation makes him feel so sluggish and same for his run. The animations on his first skill feel less impactful and the skill sounds to me are just worse compared to the old version.
