I lucked out with Nilou. I got Yaoyao in the same pull. Then pulled Kaveh. And my first 10 pull was Candace. Not the best team comp but here’s to hoping it’s better than expected
I really appreciate you doing such a flexible guide to her. So many guides just assume you have Nahida or other OP 5 stars so as a new player without her it was frustrating figuring out how to unlock Nilou's potential with what I have. Especially with limited build materials so I kinda need to commit and not just level all the dendro characters I have.
A good nilou team is already: Dendro Traveler, Collei, Barbara , Nilou ALL F2P except for Nilou of course To upgrade change Barbara into KOKOMI and honestly you can change the dendro characters but it's not needed if you really want an f2p team but if you really do want to change those burst applications then pull NAHIDA and add Yelan or 4 star Yelan. Another team you can also try is the BUMPING Team Nilou, Traveler, Barbara, Kirara Use Nilou skill use Barbara skill then traveler burst then use Kirara skill to bump onto enemies until they die
@@JaxDax good aoe (wide ayato off field burst & nahida), comfy (baizhu shield & ayato small resistance), ayato's personal damage is enough to finish if only one single oponent left. +skills cooldown is actually decent especially for multi wave because ayato's skill isn't that long so you can also semi on-field nahida whilst ayato's burst is still active
Even though she's made for AoE but she's still a monster against single target enemies or bosses. That's what I like about her. F2P teams teammates also available but having Nahida does help her to be better for extra dendro application. Her best 4 star supports are em Xingqiu and Yaoyao (Healer + em build) with both using 4pc Paradise lost But i disagree playing Alhaitam with Nilou.. it's giving less dendro cores especially when you team them with Kokomi which is a circle impact skill issue. If you replace Kokomi with Xinqiu or Yelan that is much better & even C6 Candance can do better. If you wanna bring Kokomi in Nilou Bloom then you better make her the onfield hydro driver bcs we have a lot of option for off field dendro applicator other than Nahida, such as DMC, Collei (for f2p) & Baizhu (for who has him). Why? Bcs it's rather not optimal despite Alhaitam having good personal damage but you're wasting Nilou's talent by not producing a lot of cores. If you want single target focused (in boss fight especially) support, Xingqiu + Yaoyao burst combo is more than enough. They could supply dozens of dendro cores, so much that you dont even need another dendro or hydro dps personal damage. In the end of the day it's an AoE bloom team comp, not hypercarry or quickswap DPS team. In that sense you dont need a personal damage from any DPS to make this team work. The reaction damage itself will carry you throughout the battle If you wanna talk about Alhaitam having the most dendro application, it's true that he has it but in this team you want the hydro characters to cause the bloom. Not dendro to cause the bloom. Therefore if you wanna use Alhaitam, you might wanna have three hydro supports or a slower dendro applier like Yaoyao and Baizhu but at the same time you need fast hydro applier. That's the tricky part especially when your hydro character cant keep up with Alhaitam's dendro app Bcs Alhaitam alone can apply dendro pretty fast and a lot with his NA already, so much that you dont need Nahida anymore to apply that much dendro. Again it''s not optimal for Nilou team comp. You're losing so much dendro cores for non-needed personal dps damage

Yes I never mentioned Furina buffing Nilou bloom cuz she doesnt, which ofc she isnt the best, but by having good sub dps dmg of her own and buffing nahida dmg, that makes up to be very good
Furina is better in Quickbloom to be honest. My Yae Miko quickbloom is one of my best team so far in abyss. It's rather buffing Electro dps and Nahida damage (Also Furina herself of course) In that team i would have 3 main damage dealer, Yae, Furina and Nahida.
Nahida Nilou Baizu Neuvilette is nigh unstoppable nuke damage from 70k hop key nilou bloom and neuvilette at the same time with nahida and baizu's healing and shields and buffs the combo is the most fun and most tanky I have and I have most every comp. Only hyper arleccino does faster alpha strike damage but with the caveat that arleccino's team relies on furina and her self damage which is much less durable than a team consisting of 3 HP scaling characters led by a self healing DPS that only swaps into nahida for a single E before resuming nuking everything. My nilou team was good with alhaitham before neuv but with neuv its trivialized 36 star abyss sides that aren't elementally blocked without non hydro dendro elements.
The only reason i wanna pull Nilou is to put her with my other oshi chara The party will be: 1. Nahida: 4 Deepwood full em 2.
