It is nIce to see a realtor not walk into a a brand new house with dirty dusty shoes👏, I see that in home tours south of the border and I can’t stand it.
Lol thanks for watching. Some times the listing Realtors insist on me keeping my shoes on.
Maybe an indoor pair of shoes. I see realtors go in and out of the property with shoes and it makes my skin crawl, I was just relieved to see a fellow Canadian not wearing shoes indoors.

May you please tell your camera person to stop focusing on you so much and show the home more. When you first walk in the house, the camera should pan around the entire front entrance for the viewers instead of staying locked on you. Some b-roll of the entrance would even suffice.
