I love Terence Mann, I'm a huge fan of his. Yes this is a sappy song, but he could sing the phone book for all I care, he has a wonderful singing voice. I saw a preview of Adams Family in Chicago where my Uncle Tim plays trumpet.
From my research I found that some audience members found it overtly sexual because the song implies that he had intercourse with a squid, but I wish it wasn’t cut! It’s awesome!
