Magnesium. Being a menopausal woman, I’ve experienced insomnia from night sweats. With not being able to cool off , I then couldn’t sleep. My doctor prescribed magnesium to help me relax then sleep. I also stopped watching tv N hour before bed and read my Bible. Now no problem

What I love about your channel is that you never run out of topics to keep educating the audience with SCIENCE-BASED information! And you stay up to date which gives me greater confidence to continue listening to you. For my vitamin, I am just using Nature Made Women's 50+ multivitamin which I get from my basic retail pharmacy. I don't know if it works or not. I take it in hopes of staying as healthy as possible, as a backup safety measure. It does not contain any iron, which I wonder why that is omitted?

Interesting that you posted this information.
I tend to crave foods that have nutrients that my body needs.
Today, I was craving yogurt, and made that my meal for the day, a 24 Oz container of unsweetened, non-dairy coconut yogurt.
Then, I got home, and watched this video.
Prior to seeing this, I didn't know there was a direct hair/yogurt connection.
Thanks for continually helpful and interesting information.

I really love your channel and content, but due to more pressing health issues other than hair (although it’s certainly on the list), I haven’t been able to focus much on that. I take many supplements, as I find them much more effective than the pharmaceutical route. The newest one I added and noticed a good benefit from is a garlic/cayenne capsule. The label suggests it’s good for cardiovascular health, which means better circulation, which is good for the whole body. I haven’t yet noticed any hair changes, but I have seen the swelling in my lower extremities reduce significantly.
Thank you for your very helpful videos and very positive vibes! Blessings🩵
