It shows how dumb we can fundamentally be- here's a item in massive abundance around where I start... I MUST fill my pockets in case they suddenly disappear! We ALL do it on our first playthrough.
I know I'm way late to this, but this made me think of an alien landing on Earth and immediately stuffing their pockets with as much grass as they can carry.

Watching him fumble about and say the scanner is useless as it says right in front of him that it is an essential tool is so painful to watch. I can only imagine how painful it would be to look back on as well. Looking forward to binging this and seeing when you figure out how to function in this game! In the last weeks I have finally started to play this game and quickly fallen in love with it. I'm not done, I'm like 25-30 hours in, but I decided at this point, there was no way the first few episodes could spoil anything for me and I was to excided to see how you experience the game.
