The thing with DoT is that it deal about 74% of its dps as dot, which doesn't benefit from item boosts, and the fact that it shows up on a few of these makes me wish AE just "fixes" dots and hots to work with item boosts.
I assume you mean TCM but with healing? You can, but it would probably be slower than these times. You couldn't pot load, you'd have a starting timer, and it requires someone to use AP to set up.
The shield only reduces nukes, not negates it. If you hit hard enough, you still hit millions. For example, the 4.3 million you see me hit on Tyndarius is actually around 60m raw damage, the 2.6m you see on Drakath is actually 105m raw damage, etc.
Nothing. The boss shields are still active. They are soft caps that reduce damage, not hard caps. I get good fps by just having a good processor. I usually play in 4k, but will go down to 1080p to guarantee smooth fps on some fights. In those cases, I can enable party animations too.
