as a young adult, who feels a bit directless at life i admit, these convos and their words put me at so much ease. in my case i don’t really get to talk much about these things with people im surrounded, but having them (and you guys
I really hope you guys react to the remaining episodes. I think especially ep 8 with yeonjun and taehyun from txt is gonna be right up wes’ alley. Yeonjun was hanging on by a thread because of all the alcohol, it was so funny I also hope you guys react to run bts 133-135. These episodes has a search episode, guess the dance and treasure hunt Also episode 125. I know you guys liked the cooking episodes and that was one of the cooking episodes that you missed :)
Yaaay, happy you came back to it!!! Suchwita is such a funny and good show, i would love if you could watch more episodes now and then, i recommend the one with TXT's Taehyun and Yeonjun, the one with Seventeen's Hoshi and the other with Seventeen's Woozi!!
would love if you check out the other episodes too! it‘s mostly about the guests but you still learn more about bts too 🫶🏻 really great conversations even if you don’t know the artists! you‘ll also get more insights of the idol industry especially in the episode with TXT‘s Taehyun & Yeonjun (they were the first group to debut under big hit after bts) 😊 and the episodes with TABLO (who is yoongi‘s rolemodel) and Taeyang from bigbang (who is bts‘ rolemodel) are just really wholesome
''cause we're stupid'' guys you know you actually always have the most interesting and entertaining commentary on any BTS content among all the reactors I've watched
i think that the title "Amygdala" was inspired by the korean book "Almond". Suga (and RM) was reading this book during i believe the first season of in the soop. the book is a story about a boy who isnt really able to process emotions or pain, his amygdala isnt working as it should. its a nice book, i recommend it
27:00 yoongi meant that he sleeps 3 hours at night without waking up not 3 hours in total! and getting iv, hospital treatment like that is a very regular thing koreans get just to boost their immune system and health. as it was written in the subs, he wasn't sick or anything. just taking care of his health.
You guys definitely have to listen to his previous albums (ESPECIALLY his 1st one, entitled “Agust D”) to understand why RM said Yoongi’s music expresses a lot of pain and anxiety. It’s not abt the production or the beats. You’ve always gotta deep dive into their (esp Yoongi’s) lyrics. Especially since BTS LOVE to hide a deep meaningful song with an upbeat/energetic production. Or even just check out the lyrics to Interlude:Shadow. That song did an amazing job of expressing Yoongi’s fear/anxiety regarding fame.
BTS suga will forever flex how he and BTS RM been living together the longest, they both has so much Respect to each other...RM and suga real bond of brotherhood....they've been through a lot since trainee days now they're both great artists of all time❤
43:53 actually JK reacted to the Jimin episode of suchwita on weverse live when it aired, it was so funny and emotional. Im pretty sure there are replays on TH-cam with the reaction format 😂
If you checkout the lyrics to his song The Last from the Agust D mixtape you get a pretty good sense of why he mentions those years being difficult on a personal level despite the success of the group. The song is so raw and powerful and i feel grateful for having witnessed him performing it live in concert knowing he’s in a much better place mentally now ❤
I loved watching your reactions. Please, if you have time, react to more of them. I recommend the one with TXT's Taehyun and Yeonjun, it's so much fun to watch and the editor, really cracked me up.
Just echoing the comments for you guys to react to the Suchwita episode with the TXT boys 💜 They're BTS's younger group and the episode was so fun to watch! You can learn a lot of how their relationship is with BTS as their older brothers and mentors, and you can also observe what the drinking etiquette is with Yoongi as the oldest one. As usual, thank you for another great video 🥺 They're like my little treat for surviving another week 🥰
6:59 you guys should see the videos he plays in between sets of songs in his concerts, it’s a full blown movie atp. A great mix of a HK action movie and a David Lynch film, Min Yoongi could be an award winning actor and it’d be his 3rd accomplished career and i think that’s crazy ahaha
Slightly related note, BTS has a bangtan universe which is a storyline that was running throughout their MVs. But it also had its own webtoons, as well as a mobile phone game and album notes books to go along with it. You can check that out some time coz i feel like you guys would be interested. BTS's BU is also going to be acted out professionally (bts is not acting) and will be released as a drama!!
BTS is actually a 3rd generation group. 4th generation began around 2017-2018 and it's expected to end in a few years. But yeah, the generations determine which era of Kpop each group/idol debuted in
Always love your reactions. I prefer listening to the album first, then listening to the interviews...but that's in part because I start listening when they drop at midnight, and the interviews aren't available then. 😂
It might be weird to know but some Agust D fans don’t consider themselves Suga fans if that makes sense. Even on Spotify Suga n Agust D followers aren’t the same either. It will be interesting to know what Agust D fans feels about the trilogy ending
I prefer going in raw with little context when listening to an album, I think it's fun to have my own interpretation! Then I'll watch the interviews and other content to uncover all the layers 🤯
4th generation are groups who debuted from 2016/2017 (when BTS started being recognised in the West and winning awards the whole Kpop industry shifted to copy their succes in the west, and so 4th generation started around that time) ... there are some talks about now with BTS 'gone' the industry is again shifting into 5th gen because those new after covid groups are again completly different from before covid. But nothing big has happened with them yet, but probably in a year or two we will probably start seeing and talking about 5th generation of idols. I personally think that shift will happen in 2025 when BTS come back). BTS are 3rd generation. 3rd generation are groups who debuted after around 2011/2012 ... 2nd generation are groups in 2000s. And 1st generation is the 90s
I really enjoyed this episode!! You guys should react to the bu universe! Since you guys have been an army for awhile now, I think this will be good on you’re ongoing journey!
16:20 I guess it depends on the artist 🤔 For example, with BTS, most ARMYs are already pretty aware of most of the subjects BTS refers to in their songs (like Yoongi’s car accident and shoulder injury in Amygdala), so I don’t necessarily feel like I need BTS to explain their songs fully in details to get a good understanding of the songs. (I do really enjoy hearing them talk about it though! I could listen to the members talk for hours about their songs and the process behind the making of their music to be honest.) Also, like all other forms of art, music is subjective, so it’s always fun to see how one can relate to a song before knowing the full context behind it.
I prefer to experience the content in the order it comes out, as intended by the artist. The music should first be an emotional experience of sound and imagery - that first impression that can't be recreated. Plenty of time to analyze after.
I’ve had soju and to me it’s not that strong. Could be the kind I get, I don’t know. It’s so smooth and flavorful that you could drink so much of it, before you know it, you’re drunk. But it still takes a lot of soju to even get me tipsy. I actually drink it like others would drink beer. There are still many flavors I need to try but I love the apple flavor. 💜 Also I love Suchwita but I hope we get to see more of RM talking with others. He is a great host just like Suga and has so much wisdom to give!
Hey guys! I really enjoy watching your reactions, but with BTS, the subtitles go by pretty fast, and since you pause a lot, I would recommend going back a few seconds just to make sure you’re not missing out on important / more serious parts of the conversation :)
I just got one question, on videos like these, are you more focused on the video and what's happening in the video, or are you too focused on trying to read subtitles and missing out on what's going on in the video behind the words? Bc I either gotta focus on one or the other 😂
I know you're asking Wes and Steph but for me personally I've been watching videos with subs for a long time so its gotten really easy to focus on both at the same time. But with BTS though I just tend to rewind every 5 secs cause they're always chaotic and I hate missing a single detail when watching them 😂
I always go into new music completelyy blank, especially bts music. no background no explanations and not even subtitles - I want the raw first impression cause you only have one chance to get that and afterwards it's forever gone.
you guys could check out other groups like stray kids, nct or txt cause bts content isnt infinite lolol n theres a lot of fun groups to check out out there
Isn't infinite but they still have a looot to watch so i don't see where you're coming from, also if they want to stick to only BTS they certainly can!!
we love to see friends supporting friends!! p.s. as a staymy I'd love to see you get into Stray Kids as well!! they're also such a funny group with amazing chemistry and absolute BANGERS for songs 🥺🥰
as a young adult, who feels a bit directless at life i admit, these convos and their words put me at so much ease. in my case i don’t really get to talk much about these things with people im surrounded, but having them (and you guys

Suga has saidthat Amygala is his life story.
@@marydavis5234 yes, i wasnt very precise. i meant the title itself

yeees! i was waiting for this one!
for next week i recommend u to watch rm ''all day with kim namjoon'' pt1 and pt2 where u can see his apartament!
4th generation starts in 2018 and technically - will end this year so...bts are 3 gen, they debuted right at the start of it.
SUGA’s D2 mixtape was also one of my favourites

@@carriebsaxon7647 What punctuation?
@@marwakaty5243they mean this “!” The exclamation mark

I think seventeen’s mafia games (part of going seventeen series) would be an interesting watch as well.

Suga is an amazing marketing person, he used to do youtube reviews of BTS albums and he did have a kind of podcast

Thnak you for your reaction💜💜 I would like to recommend to watch suchwita episode with txt and other interviews they are so dope

RM is so good in communication, both RM and Suga studied psychology...thats TMI...
Yoongi, even in their early years, does the interview for the group. you have to watch FESTA in the early years of BTS.
Love your long reactions :)

Idols that debuted in 2016 are still 3rd gen (for ex BP), I think late 2017-2018 considered as the beginning of 4th gen
43:25 wait you knew about that? I'm kinda curious now how many bts news you see outside of your reactions :D
