      Happy you like it! You can make it thin if you like but I find a thick lavash hold better.

    If I substitute a GF flour blend, do I need to add xanthem gum or is that covered in the GF blend?

      If your gluten free flour blend has xanthum gum you don’t have to add extra.

      I have never tried but I’m sure it will work. Just let me know how it works
