It all looks so good! You're such a great cook, especially because you make every recipe as simple as possible to suit everyone's needs, but without sacrificing the taste! 😍
My doctor told me I was eating too much protein. He said I definitely don’t need to be eating over 100 grams bc your body only needs 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. I’m 170 pounds. Take 170/2.2=77.27 times 0.8 =61.82 so my body only needs 62 grams of protein per day and when you have more than that you are overworking your kidneys and they can become clogged and lead to kidney failure/dialysis. Just something to think about. Please take care of your body!
We are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending on how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻
In small amounts it doesn’t cause me any symptoms☺️ 75g serving is low FODMAP😁 Have you heard of the Fodmap app by Monash university? It was so helpful when I started the diet, and I still use it every now an then. It has all foods listed and also low fodmap serving sizes!
You can't really have "too much" protein as long as you are eating other foods to give your other nutrients (looks like she's eating a fine variety of veggies, strawberries and blueberries are amazing, cacao powder definitely an amazing food too), and you aren't consuming so much protein that you are going overboard on calories. But from adding in those other foods while staying under a certain calorie limit, it's actually hard to consume 100g of protein without planning it. And that's before factoring in how active your lifestyle is. 100g is fine if she's trying to actively build muscle. Maybe too much for a less active woman... hard to say. Ultimately, everyone is different. But you can absolutely have too little protein, even with a sedentary lifestyle.

The way she says "enjoy" at the end of every video annoys the crap out of me.
Then you need to calm down. All things in life aren't always the way we want them to be
Sounds pretty normal to me
100g is a lot for a woman. You only need like 60g but Big Whey will say otherwise. 😅
