Your visa conditions is clearly specific on the country you can transit to from NZ. If that country wasn’t specified, then you probably could be able to transit directly from NZ to Cook Islands. But with these conditions, I can’t say if you can transit directly from NZ to there

@@sassyengineer some Person i know who went through cruise ship with 2 yrs Nzeta tourist visa are now working with peace of mind so we should encourage one another no man is island and no man knows it all… Agents n lawyers will hep you get a job once you have ur moni with you getting a job is a small challenge…
