the preset itself is in the description, but as for the addon settings, there's a ton of them, but I'd say tweak them to your liking, the most important settings you should focus on are for viewmodel offset and any of the viewbobbing mods present in the collection
Shadows and lighting are indeed baked but there is screen space global illumination, allowing non baked lights to look more natural as well, as is they were baked, as for shadows, you can use CSM if your pc is strong enough for real time shadows, mine sadly isn't, also thank you for the kind words!

its a glitch, your better off using ARC9 SCP 5K guns as mw19 is buggy now

Page up, but you can set a bind in the Reshade menu (The Home button)
