- Today we are lucky enough to once again be talking about an Angus Trim Sword. This XVI.10 impressed all of us with its incredible combination of agility and power. But coming in at $1,200 this is not an inexpensive sword. Do we think it's worth the high end price point? Find out in our official review. Cheers!

Thanks for the shout out! I think I need to redo the Oakeshott typology to up the production quality and cut down on the rambling lol.
Jon here. I think that series is amazing. I'm new, relatively speaking, to collecting European swords. And I can't think of a better way to get conversant in Oakshott-speak than your videos. Really helpful man.
It’s a great series that I keep on in the background many a time that I’m doing work. Love it, boss.
There is just something very pretty with the proportions of that blade. I can see both of your faces light up every time you glance towards it. The arithmetic is not difficult here ;-)
Killer review lads.
Thank you sir! We can't even pretend to be sad when looking at it 😂.
I bought a type 18 from Angus years ago that this sword reminds me of. Bastard sword that works pretty good with one hand, but if you put two hand on it, it really sings. This one looks pretty sweet.
Gus just makes special swords. I've never held one and not been impressed. Which model 18 did you get?
Thanks for watching!
What an interesting unique sword. Longer than usual grip, but with a pommel almost flush with the end of the grip that makes it a comfortable hand and a half grip. A short hexagonal cross section after the termination of the fuller that reminds of the Albion Crecy. It must handle like a dream!
It's seriously mind blowing. Really feels like a mini XVIa lol.
Beautiful piece that's for sure! 2lbs 5oz? That's crazy, to look at it you would never be able to guess it was that light. It's a fair size sword so I would guess within a couple Oz over or under 3lbs. Gus is the man!
Goals 🤘💀
Great review as always guys! Happy cutting! 🍻
9:30 just admit it, you guys opened this channel as an excuse to collect swords.. "Honey i need this sword for my channel...., its a business expense..." lol.
👍
I was waiting for this one.
Hope you enjoyed it!
That's a beaut.
Boys, my first Albion is stuck in a FedEx truck because my town is in a state of emergency from 8 feet of snow. Waited over 2 years.
I am losing my mind.
That should qualify you for monetary compensation!
He's giving you free review samples, and you can't help yourself from buying them. Yea, he's less a friend of the show and more your dealer. 😅😇
I CAN STOP ANY TIME I WANT. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM! YOU DO! 😂
@@UnsheathedSwordReviews No, take that back! This month I only bought a Told Cutler messer set, a Royal Armoury Windlass sword and paid for three swords. But those three I ordered some time back, so they shouldn't count. 🤨
