It's easy to say that BS if you've never walked in a fatherless child's shoes. 🙄
I would say I agree. Yet, having worked and working with children (sixth graders) I have to disagree on some levels. I’m observing adults who act like my sixth grade class. Meaning aged out of childhood but never grew up. Childhood psychological, emotional and even chemical problems were never resolved. And parental issues can make matters worse for a child.

When he said paying support has nothing to do with being a father, finally someone said it!!!
Somebody said it but that doesn't make it true. And notice the man who has no kids is trying to tell a father what to do. Paying support isn't everything but it is a big thing. So much so people go to jail over not paying support. So much so that a man cannot demand parental rights unless he's current on his payments. I think the problem with fatherhood is that moms almost always want more and fathers have the ability to refuse a mother's "orders" when he does pay support.

and someone was wrong! It has a whole lot to do with being a responsible father! A man who makes little to no effort to be financially responsible for his child is neither caring nor loving. He is slacking, lacking, and bullshyting. It is more than financial responsibility, yes, but it definitely includes that too!
Case 1: having no father is no excuse for not knowing who your kids dad is…..
I never had my dad either but all my kids have 1 dad and I know exactly who it is.
It was an excuse you know it’s a trauma us girls without fathers have it can go either way I know for myself I’m a little more closed off vs some of my friends that wanted kids to start a family young do to that same trauma it goes both ways it’s sad because it’s a cycle
It affects people differently. I know why some say not having a father doesn't mean anything because I grew up with an active father but still had 2 children by 2 different men and am separated from my husband who isn't the father of either (no there was no cheating or anything, I married him 5 years ago and my kids are almost 13 and 9). After getting an education in psych, I feel like I was searching for the happy home I grew up in which is why I lowered the bar to meet men where they were instead of where they SHOULD have been. I never had any question about paternity, I was always faithful but I put up with a ton of terrible men. In my case, having a loving active father who is still married to my mother didn't do me any good. But to some it could have made a difference for. We are all different with different life experiences and different needs. This young woman clearly needed what I had. I feel like maybe I needed my folks to fight once in a while because they did the "healthy thing" and IF they fought, I mostly never knew about it lol

That's 100% correct. If we were all going to excuse ourselves for bad behaviour, I'm sure everyone has had a traumatic experience in the past, one way or the other

Her- I grew up without a father so I want my daughter to have one. Then she proceeds to sleep with multiple random men and doesn't really know who her child's father is. Make it make sense.

The baby's Mom is the second case needed that hug so bad. She seems like she has had a wall built up for so long due to hurt, that she was just talking out. That hug meant the world to the both of them. I pray they become close and work things out. 🙏🏽

Wow, second case. Michael Rogers was stabbed to death. He was 20 and had 3 kids. The article I read said he was a painter and had been promoted and had been ring shopping for his longtime girlfriend who he was planning to propose to on Christmas Day in 2016. I wonder if this was the girl even though she says they weren’t boyfriend and girlfriend. Apparently the suspect was someone he knew because the police said the public was not in danger, that it wasn’t a random situation. Mom had to bury her son a week before Christmas. How sad. R.I.P.
It wasn't her because Michael's mom says she had another baby two weeks after he died. To which she replies "yeah so what. It's my life not yours. I was supposed to be sad "(paraphrasing)
The saddest thing is this young lady is someone's mother. Its unfortunate.

Case 1: I felt that man's words: "I pay child support" "That don't make a father" Non-dad is a good man and he learned from his own childhood while mom didn't.
I hope Mr. Daniel leaves her and finds someone who will actually love him and not use him. He deserves so much better.

Makes me so mad/sad! What does blood have to do with love? NONE of my grandbabies are my blood! NONE OF THEM! My husband had 3 step kids when we married so his grandbabies aren't his blood either! Of the 19 babies only ONE is blood and it doesn't matter even one little bit!
❤️ All of my grandkids aren't my blood. I adopted my oldest son when he was 16 before he graduated at 17 (now 25) and he quickly had 4 kids. . They're now 6, 5 and 4 year old twins. My powerful four that love Gigi's Saturday country breakfast/ banana pancakes. Blessings to y'all!
