With bigger hands this can be really, really tight. Would highly recommend also taking 20 extra seconds to remove the restraint t bar and its 2 x 10mm bolts. This then allows you to wiggle the headlight unit free and bring it upwards so you can actually have enough space and can easily see what you’re doing. I had to do this after the spring clip holding the bulb came loose and fell off its mountings. No way to see to resite the clip unless you remove the whole headlight unit.

Do you need to adjust the setting inside cabin up and down level 1-5? Iv changed mine on 2015 ford galaxy and right side is up high and left side it Down?

Thanks for watching really appreciate it. As for the adjustment no not really make sure you have the bulb on right way round and also you can adjust them from under the bonnet. Put the switch in the car to zero and then adjust them accordingly. Best thing to do is just go to a local mot station and they should adjust them free of charge.

Perhaps try to remove "+" wire from battery for at least 5min. But , who knows before, put the key in your pocket :)
