nice to have you back in England, couple of fantastic pubs in Wales though you visited. the old bank has changed, when it was the Lord Byron the darts set up was rubbish. so a big improvement and the prices are better, but its not mcmanus owned now so that explains that. it would be nice if they had a team in the darts league again. good video again too, see you soon
I passed this a number of times when it was called Lord Byron but never made it across the threshold. This was the first time I'd been in this establishment, found it odd they called it The Old Bank when there's a pub called the same thing just over in the Town Centre! Great prices and set-up, can't fault it!
Lovely set up. Love a good long skinny pub like that. You musta had strip clubs on your mind. 11/10 for value. Do people ever see you going for tops and think you are going for trebles and throw some banter~? Cheers.
Still can't believe that £2.85 pint. I don't know what people think when they see me throwing but I doubt it is too complimentary! Great pub in Town Centre.
