@@TheDudebro3000I think people often conflate Christian and secular metalcore, because the genre tends to be lyrically more encouraging and positive as a whole than other metal genres. Lot of bands doing songs about overcoming emotional turmoil and mental health issues.

OK .. I had to write a second comment just to let say how sick are these guys .. its like a bit of old killswitch vibes mixed in with something that's really fresh and new. These guys carry an incredible anointing .. Joe just has a presence about him I've never seen in another metal band.. you can hear in the lyrics that he's been through battles but has come out the other side closer to Jesus. The track "Words Dissolve" is basically what I would call the anthem for this generation that is dealing with anxiety and depression. Great job guys! I love this band!

Makes me think of a cross between Howards era of KSE and BTA before Wisdom left BTA. A lot more technical than many bands out there, but not so much that it takes anything away from the passion in the music. Definitely going to have this album on loop for a while.
