When you’re starting a new business in a saturated market, where do your new sales come from? Is the market underserved or are you taking business away from existing players? Did you ever have a challenge securing insurance in your first couple years?

When you get a deposit from a homeowner. Make sure you use that deposit to buy the materials for that homeowners new roof. Don’t use their deposit for other ventures. I always say. What if that was you (homeowner) Your roof is everything when you own a home. To have someone take your money and not give you the new roof you deserve. There is no excuse.

Wow how miss leading. Nation wide opened up in 2017 1/2 mile from my office in FL. We turned 50 years old this year, who has never used an AOB and we deal with insurance daily. This guy burned hundred of homeowners. The word out of their office was to bad talk all roofers in the areas, tell homeowners that our company was bad who has been around 45 plus years. He could sell his property in Orlando and pay back all the people he stole from. Great job Roofing Insights.

He has teamed with ex workers of mine and stolen 100,000 of thousands of dollars from my company RECENTLY to pay his restitution and now has left me in so much debt. I worked for him during the end and even had the audacity of opening supply accounts to build jobs and I never got paid back

@@conorroche464 that sounds like nationwide 100%, steel steel steel. All he has to do is sell that building and property down on S. Orange Ave. and pay back all these people, including you, but he put it in an LLC out of Wyoming and is hiding it from creditors.

We had to stop offering solar for that same exact reason. EVERYONE told me I was crazy and there was still a ton of money to be made. I couldn't offer it though, it wasn't a good deal at all, it felt like a scam.
