@@timeless4495 My wife and I lived in Elko (Spring Creek) for over 20 years before moving to Florida about five years ago. We really miss living there. Small communities are awesome. Despite the gloomy day of this video, there are many sunny days there and more wildlife than you'd think would be there despite the open deserts. I used to do a lot of hiking in the Ruby Mountains and other outdoor activities. We live 9 miles from the ocean now and still miss living there.
My family and I are visiting kind of a work thing. They’ll be five of us and we usually park for most of the trip and ride bikes around. Are there bicycle trails in Elko?
I know this is about a month old now, but I think there are bike trails right at the foot of the Ruby Mountains. It'd be about 20 miles or so from Idaho St, which is the road this video was shot on. In fact, in the video they passed a sign (at 12th street or so) with an arrow pointing traffic towards the Ruby Mountain recreation areas.
It's a grocery store that's been there for quite sometime. My daughter worked at a Roy's in Wells. Wife and I lived in Elko (Spring Creek) for 20+ years. We now live in Florida but miss it immensely.
