If I had to guess, if you naturally gain to much P that the integer overflows past the max, you get reset to zero, so you might’ve just won too much P 5:32

So I calculated. The machine has 4 symbols and 4 squares. The amount of possible results would be 4x4x4x4 = 256. If jackpot is when you get 4 of a kind then there's a 4/256 = 1/64 arrangements of jackpot. But the gambling machine could've been rigged so that 4 of a kind is rarer than the others tho. If not then on average gambling a consistent amount on this is on average profitable. Unless I missed some kind of aspect or whatever.

his P didn't reset because the mod couldn't handle giving the player billions of P, it's because whenever the game attempts to give the player an amount of P that would result in the total being greater than 2,147,483,648 (2^31) it just resets your P to 0, so it's no issue with the mod, the game just doesn't expect us to get billions of P and if you can manage to get 2,147,483,648P you can probably get enough of it back if you lose it
A quick way to get a bunch of gambling funds is to download a mod that allows you to multiply your style points. Doing so, I got more than 2 million points just by punching a boss.

I think your P went to zero because getting 4 coins gives you 100x multiplier. With the 10 million bet gives you a billion points, plus the 1.2 billion equates to just above the 32bit integer limit (2.1 billion). How it went to just zero instead of just looping back i dunno unless going to zero is part of it.
