Yeah finally completing the battle pass gives a sense of accomplishment-unless you buy all the tiers right away. But I understand why BYW does this, it’s his job

First they sey Overwatch coins are too expensive, that the battle pass is bad and here you are paing them hundrets of $ to further keep them in the believe that they are dooing it good. U suposed to fight them not join them. I also have money to spend but not on this. This is ridiculus. 100 euro for 1 battle pass unlock. Is this a joke? Go buy urself Witcher 3 for like 5$ and u can play 150 hours of actual content and story. F Blizzard. I wanted to love them. I loved OW. I played it for over 4 years. Why they do this to me?
Miss those Loot Boxes
The amount of money you need to spend to buy that battle pass is disgusting honestly. I bought the fortnight battle pass and have been buying the fortnight battle pass with v-bucks I gained from FREE from previous battle passes. Not to mention if you finish the battle pass completely they give you more v-bucks than the battle pass is worth. If you WANT you can buy other cool skins in the store. This way makes the battle pass a grind to get if you have no money but at least gives you a chance to get some cool skins for your collection. Got that spider Gwen skin from last season FOR FREE and it's dope as hell imo. At the very least overwatch can bring back being able to grind lootboxes while having all skins available in the store for those who wish to buy them.
Only saving grace for overwatch 2 is the *hopefully* coming campaign missions. Tho if they put a price on that like a dlc people are gonna be pissed.

Your content should never come at the cost of the common man. If it does, then you need to think over what content you're putting out. Common sense is lost on people nowadays I get it, but still people could try to use some powers of discernment. The monetization is disgusting and wrong PERIOD. Any support to that system just encourages scummy corporations to ruin future games. This system takes advantage of innocent people hard core and casual alike. I understand that the devs need to make money to keep the lights on, but there needs to be a balance. The only way to send a message is to say no with your wallet. This isn't what gaming is meant to be and unfortunately young kids and teens don't remember a better time when games were made to be fun.
