@@MbadiweSunday ok so can we agree that due to the size of the population, its not necessarily people coming to Nigeria, but it's Nigerians coming back home? Can we also agree that most of the celebs who "came down" were also nigerian? And can we also agree that the other foreign celebs, in Nigeria now, came strictly by invitation?
Actually everybody was here, a South African said her plane was roaming the sky for hours because there was traffic at the Lagos airport and there was no space to land and she said she'd do it again next year. That explains your question I suppose. The Lagos airport was full and the population in Lagos doubled because traffic became worse than it used to be. Uber and bolt cashed out because of the surge. Apparently those who want to come are more than those who came and that was because many couldn't get ticket because they booked late and that shows that there was no invitation.
Simple reason the Naira is very weak so your Dollar goes further in Nigeria than in Ghana and things are relatively cheaper in Nigeria than in Ghana. Its all economic reason.
@iduolisa2715 facts, and by the way, I am Nigerian, and I don't subscribe to your petty Ghana vs. Nigeria squabbles. All Africans are one don't try to divide us with your pettiness
@@Ron-TheExplorer but I thought you guys said for a long time that things in nigeria are far more pricey there than in Ghana?🤣🤣 And that we can't even afford to buy what your currency and people spend money on? Yet here you are stating something else 😂😂😂😂
@princejames1773 stop listening to Internet chest beaters who don't travel. Fuel in Nigeria is $0.60/litre. It is probably more expensive in Ghana. Wode Maya, a Ghanian youtube traveller, did a price comparison when he visited Nigeria last, and he also came to the conclusion that things are far cheaper in Nigeria. A few Cameroonian youtubers who visited Nigeria recently also concluded that things are cheaper in Nigeria than in Camerron. For the average Nigerian, prices have doubled or trippled within the last 1 year, so yes, things are expensive for us from that perspective, but for tourists coming in with USD, EURO, GBP or CFA, things are cheaper in Nigeria. I hope that explains.
