the majority of wasabi is actually horseradish with green food colouring. it usually only contains about 0.7% real wasabi.mainly because it's quite a difficult plant to grow. no idea how they get away with calling it wasabi though

I always find anything powdered like chocolate milk dissolves best if you add a small amount of milk to the recommended amount of powder and mix it into a slight paste before adding more milk in slowly while still mixing as you add more and more milk it mixes more evenly, and for hot chocolate the same but heated up milk. then you get some brands that just turn to lumpy shite regardless lol
