Do you got any tips to increase my vertical? I get so frustrated and stressed when I can’t jump as high as I want. I wanna be up there so bad and I’ll do whatever training it takes to get there. EDIT : also amazing dunk, love your videos
When you have dunk/jump sessions always focus a bit on doing max effort jumps like trying to reach or jump over something. Not sure where you're at atm with training but it's good to build a strength foundation that can then be converted to power/explosiveness with plyometric exercises. So lift heavy (still dunk 2x a week) for 4-6 weeks and then use lighter weights and plyometrics for 4 weeks. Stretch properly everyday and train your core in a variety of ways.
Brodie Stephens Thank you soooo much for the tips and reply! I’m gonna start doing this and the best thing about jumping is I can see the progress and it motivates me even more! Like it’s insane, anyways awesome man, can’t wait for your future uploads.
COOL!! will try that next time!
