Hi Roko, oftentimes there is an access plug on the side of the door you can pop out, and then you will find a set screw, either a torx or hex that you can turn to adjust the handle.
Amazing anyone would have to deal with a drooping door on such an expensive luxury vehicle. Never had this happen on any of my BMW’s or Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Nissan I’ve owned. Very poor quality by Porsche. Helpful video tho!

YES! Q7 driver door started doing it a few months ago and now the passenger door and I didn't know what to do. Just bought two kits!

No, just the bottom hinge.

how do you fix a loose exterior door handle on this cayenne? My driver side handle just got all loose recently. Would love to know how to DIY it.

This can usually be found on the Cayenne, Q7s, and Touaregs of this era.
Now do the faulty 4wd light diagnostic and repair!
For me that was an early indicator that the alternator was dying. Put in a new alternator and no more 4 wheel drive faults.
