The one with like less then 10 GMs is TGM 3, this one is simple enough (you need to know how to play 20g with a smaller kick table)

TGM1 is actually very approachable for GM, I would reckon anyone could do it within a year or so at most if they put the time into learning the game.

I've played world rule of this on Nullpomino, and for me the time requirement is so much more difficult than the score requirement.
Other than not being able to hold, one thing that makes classic rule a lot harder is that the pieces are flipped 180 from how they usually are in modern games, so you have to throw out your old muscle memory and replace it with new muscle memory.
