the best part about "that trap" is seeing the One And Only X-Marker on that spot...so not only did Ross 'not see' anyone else die from it, it literally Never Happened until this playthrough...Ross got to see the First, and it was Jacob...he must be SO happy xD

I didn't know there was so much thought put into the "story" of each world, I liked hearing about it
I remember watching some of the design streams, where he discussed the ideas behind the levels as he made and tested them. I think they're archived here on TH-cam.

I love the idea of a co-op focused world. You can always use dev doors to upload it. Shouldn't be a problem as long as you playtest it in co-op before inflicting it on the community.
and i’m pretty sure it’s possible to make dev doors that don’t work in co-op somehow

1:04:23 I'm not gonna lie, when Jacob came on your channel to make this level and the video came out, it made perfect sense that you two would hit it off really well. His sense of humour definitely gels very well with yours. Also he showed you minecraft; the way home on this stream which means he was baring his soul to you really.
I think a single-world, five-level co-op world would be a great balance of bringing back his Mario Maker knowledge without too much of a time investment.

@@nickfarace9339 I mean, if you're going to put co-op check in the levels, you can just have the solo routes be easy. Helps with uploading, and helps people getting it in Endless. That's what he did with Bubble Buddies. ...Although, difficult clear checks to upload were great stream content, so if he ever went through with such a project he probably should just make it a big event anyway.
This video was hilarious, it was great to revisit the Super World! It also reminded me, GOD I love your back and forth with MatPat when he played this! I still think you two should make a game together, or at the very least a Mario Maker level together. I would love to see how that would end up

This is my favorite video of these maps too. Everyone here is very positive. Even when they’re complaining, they’re laughing and having fun while doing it, so it just comes across as friends having fun.

Everytime someone talks about wanting to talk to Ross about his levels, and he just says 'call me' in that slightly sad way because he really does want them to call him, all i can think about is the game grumps bit where Danny talks about getting Ross's pool and erin says 'you should call him he would love it if you went and swam in his pool'.
Lots of good memories here :) I found so many great creators through your Superworld.. Would love to see some occasional mario maker content in the upload schedule again some time. As far as I remember you didn't play a lot of other creators levels right? I think I would love to see you try something like one of Carlsagan42's legendary Trolls some time for example. :)
