    Competitve advantage,
    7 Powers [Book]
Strats and culture (Culture upar hai)
    Counter positioning
    Network matters (in person meeting)
    Signing up into networks
ask for problems always (dont go for sales directly)
Understand the problem and repaet it for customer ( so he/she is sure about you that u have understood their problem)
    Communication:
    Concise and unemotional
    improve vocabulary
    Read books, articles
    choice of right words
    authenticity (sustainable competitive advantage)
    practice :)
Be humble but authentic as well. (be smart)
Accept your mistake (nobody has all the answers)
    values > principles
    consistent principles hony chahye
chasing happiness is scary (be satisfied with what you have)
    Open source contributions krain
Deliverables should be delivered in a great manner , it brings more clients

    Dear Ehmad,
This episode was truly amazing! The questions you asked were not only fascinating but also incredibly insightful. I was particularly impressed by how you steered the conversation - it was engaging from start to finish.
Initially, I only had a few minutes to spare before breaking my fast, but I found myself completely absorbed, thinking, "Okay, I'll pause after this question." Yet, each question was as compelling as the last, and I just had to listen through to the end.
Your talent shines through, making all of us who know you proud. 😍

Hopefully, there would be abundant opportunities for deploying lightweight Language Models and Vision Models, which can then be trained on the business and transactional data of local organizations.
As I mentioned, the crucial aspect lies in implementing these LMs and VMs in a manner that demands significantly lower computing power, thereby resulting in a reduced initial investment and not to mention the need for these implementations to stay on site.

      @quonxinquonyi8570 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Wow you must be having wet dream….first asking for low resource, lightweight, easy to deploy ml models, means destroying business model of intel, nvidia Qualcomm…iot taking triumph over big data processing….then asking for proximity/ fog like local cloud data centers, meaning nipping the cloud model of big tech like Amazon, gcp etc into bud….all your dream scenario entails that we must take transition from accurate computing towards approximate computing means, you have literally ended Usa-China chip war in an instant…..wow wow and just wow….are you in your senses???? Do you think that big tech of dajjali usa works on naive wishful thinking of wanna be American copycat pakistanis…..then I must tell you this ai works on fear mongering???? Gone are the days of Larry page,so called revolutionary “ page rank “ algorithm which laid the foundation of google….it was a made up story and not so revolutionary algorithm as tech people from USA is duping masses forever with a very made up fairy tale fake story….the other day the superstar liberal hoodybhoy was asking the same question from a Pakistani origin American professor that how google became a company with more than half a trillion dollar valuation ???? and the answer from that Pakistani origin American professor was “ coz of ads…google is a more of marketing company than anything else??? Really????
