these are great coolers. I have the 13 qt that I actually use every day as a lunch box and it keeps my food cold even here in Phoenix working construction, it just sits in the heat all day and is still just fine , also have the 19 qt and that is a great one for a day trip with my wife and kids, you can just fit more stuff in it. we will sometimes take both, one just for drinks and one for foods. I really think they are great coolers for the price. certainly not the cheapest out there but 100% worth it. you guys did a great review and I like how you showed everything you put in just to give people a good feel for the size of it in case they are ordering online.

I have the Pelican 14 and I miss not having shoulder straps. I’m actually looking to get this one to take to work and then I’ll have the two to take with me on trips
Watched many reviews on this cooler but your review sold me. We go to Tahoe almost every weekend in the summer and we stay all day long and want to be sure I have a big enough cooler for all thr yummy snacks, drinks and sandwiches. Thank you! 🤗❤
oh and also I agree with prechilling being a great idea. I use mine as a lunch box so it is used every day and I have two sets of icepacks so the ones from the day before stay in all the way to the next day and I swap them out so it never gets warm inside . that is probably why it can withstand 118 degree summer heat all day and still keep my food fridge cold.
